After breakfast, we hopped in the impala and made a short drive to my old home. When we pulled up, I wanted to cry at how it looked the same. There was still a structure, but most of it was burned down. Flowers and weeds had claimed the home now. It was beautiful somehow.

"This it?" Dean asks, looking back at me through the rear view mirror. I nod and take a shaky breath. "You don't have to do this y/n." Sam offers. I shake my head,"No no no, we need to figure out what those guys wanted. Come on." I put on a fake smile and climb out of the car, the boys soon following. I walk up the small amount of stairs, and walk through the doorway.

I didn't see a burned down house. I saw my old home. I saw my younger self running around the halls, my dad in his study, and Mom in the kitchen. I trail my fingers over the crumbling walls, making my way down the familiar halls. Eventually I find the basement area, and I make my way down the stairs. Surprisingly it doesn't look like the fire affected this area. Or so I thought.

"Fuck!!!" I shout, feeling myself fall through the old wooden stairs. I land on a hard concrete surface on my side. "You okay?" Dean shouts down at me. I groan and struggle to sit up, I feel a stabbing on my side. "Uh yeah, I'm okay." I push the pain aside and struggle to stand up, but eventually make it on my feet. "Can you toss me down a light?" I shout up at the boys. Acouple seconds later, a flash light is tossed down. I turn it on and glance around, there were pin boards covered in what looked like notes. The walls were covered in papers, and the tables had different types of books. "Sam toss me down my bag from the car!!" I shout up at them. "Okay." Sam replies, before I hear loud thuds above me leaving the house.

As I wait, I skim over the delicate papers, reading all my parents hand writing. There were so many notes, talking about things like vampires, werewolves, and more. I eventually come upon a book with the same mark as the guy had. "Here!" Sam shouts down at me, tossing me my bag. I grab it, and grab as much I can, carefully putting them in my bag. I search around, looking for a way out. I find a small opening where a window was and carefully climb out. "Guys I found a way out!!!" I shout. "Okay we'll meet you out front!!" Dean replies.

I dust my knees off and look around to make sure no one saw us entering the house. I look around the street and see 3 men wearing all black pointing at the impala, They had the same mark as the guy before. Fuck. Before I can run inside the house to tell Sam or Dean, they're pointing at me. I tighten my bag around me and make a run for it. Running as fast as I can. I can hear them shouting and running after me. I turn sharp corners, going down alleys so I could loose them. But that didn't seem to work. My side was burning, but I pushed through the pain trying to find somewhere to hide.

In front of me was a giant barrel. I jump in, holding my breath. Usually this only worked in movies and games. I peeked out a little hole and watched as they ran by. It worked! I leaned back and sighed, pulling out my phone. Sam had given me his number the first day at the bunker in case of a situation like this. I dial his number and wait for him to answer.

"Y/n where are you? Are you okay?" Sam answers quickly, his voice showed he was clearly concerned. "I'm okay, acouple guys showed up I had to get them away. I'm in a alley on First street, hiding in a barrel." I whisper. "Were on our way." Sam informs me before hanging up. I sigh and cling to my bag,"You better have some answers." I talk to myself or technically I was referring to the bag. I hear the familiar sound of the impala and I hop out of the barrel, and got in the impala. I winced feeling my side burn again causing Dean to look back at me concerned. "You good?" He asks. I shake my head and sigh,"But I'll be okay, let's just get back to the motel. I found some stuff that'll help us." He kept his eyes on me for a couple more seconds before heading towards the motel.
