"where are our parents?", Seorin's expression dropped

"Their gone", I tried thinking positively, I tried thinking that they are just gone for a trip, That's what I thought.

"Oh when are they coming back from their trip?", I smiled

"That's not what I meant..", My face suddenly felt weighted

".. Their gone, Forever, Their not in a trip right now or they are staying forever at a foreign place they are gone for good, They..", I waited for the hurtful truth that i need to hear

".. Are dead", My body felt weak, I felt like dying, I felt like giving up, The people I wanted to see my whole life, The people whom I want to hear sweet words of compliments and their proudness that I grew with the care of my uncle is now gone, They are bone gone.

I wailed, my face wrinkling as I cried hardly, I screamed and the sound echoed through the rooms making some of the maids to run in the living room, Seorin giving them signal that it's nothing.

"W-who k-killed them?..", I said in between sobs. Seorin looked at me and smiled sadly

Flashback
(Seorin's Pov)

"Seorin-ah!", I heard dad screamed for me and as I faced my side I saw a flaming arrow being flown to hit me, But I wasn't the one who was hit.

"A-appa why?...", I eyed the arrow that hit him as it was positioned straight at his heart, He smiled at me before collapsing to his knees

"I'm your father.. I am the one who should protect both of you and your mother along with your sister, And..", he reached my cheeks and caressed it, Because of doing this, he winced in pain but he contained it in, while his other hand held the spot where the arrow was

".. I'm going to die happily, Because for the last moment, I'm able to protect you", Tears flowed to my cheeks as his form glowed and then shattered, White glowing petals, falling as I eyed it carefully, Rage starting building up inside of me

I released a battle scream, Bit my thumb and released the whip and sliced head after heaf off of the level Es that attacked us, But they are no ordinary Level E, They are with a spell who makes them think like a nobleman, all because of the Queen and King's doing.

Thorns grew around the bloody whip as it represented a pureblood's anger, I am in line for the throne but, I gave it up for my younger sister as she is the destined queen my deceased grandmother told me, The chosen one who'll bring peace back to humans and vampires.

As I noticed that fighting these and killing them doesn't have an effect on decreasing their amount, I quickly thought for a plan but before I could start a voice called out

"Seorinnie? Are you okay? Where's Jeong-su?", Tears started flowing again

"Mom he took an arrow for me.. I-Im sorry I should be the one who was shot and not him!", I vigorously shook my head as I kept shedding tears

Sooyoung.. My mother held my shoulder and palmed my cheeks rubbing my tears with her thumb

".. Don't worry he did it without hesitation, he cares for you, and I'm sure he died happily.. He left us here with a joyful attitude in him, With no hard feelings he died for you.."

".. While we talk about it.. I think.. It's time to end this..", I looked at her worry spreading across my face
