"JISUNG DON'T PUNCH HIM!" Hyunjin screamed as he and Seungmin tried to hold the said guy back from Changbin as they all stood at the empty school gym.

It was graduation day.
The most awaited time for many.

But if you were to be honest, you were kind of dreading it. Everything about the day just felt bad from thw moment you woke up. Your relationship with Changbin was now awkward, you wouldn't see Seungmin, Jisung and the others for a while, you'd all go to different colleges and have to enter the adult world.

While you were busy getting ready at home, Changbin had received a text from Jisung to meet up with him at the school gym before the graduation ceremony.

It was around noon when Changbin walked in the campus.

"Woah, why are you early?"

Changbin stopped in his tracks, turning to the source of the voice to see Seungmin and Hyunjin. He arched a brow at their intertwined fingers.

"Jisung asked me to see him at the gym. You two?"

"... Just hanging out"

"Oh"

After the exchange of words, Changbin waved goodbye at the two and headed towards the gym.

Seungmin and Hyunjin were about to head to the garden to just chill and kind of reminisce when Seungmin stopped in his tracks.

"Wait- Jisung asked Changbin to meet up? Something feels off"

Hyunjin scrunches his nose. "Jisung did seem pissed when I saw him this morning. He was muttering something about someome making y/n cry and punching a guy-"

He stops mid-sentence, looking at Seungmin with wide eyes as if there was a sudden realization. And in a matter of seconds, Seungmin's own orbs were wide as well and the two suddenly ran towards the gym.

Meanwhile Changbin pushed the gym doors open to see Jisung seated on the bleachers.

The moment their eyes locked, Jisung snarled, pushing himself off of the seat and walking towards Changbin, hands balled into fists.

The two were only a few feet apart when the gym doors busting open and rushed footsteps could suddenly be heard in the background. Although Jisung barely noticed as he grabbed Changbin by the collar and raised his right fist to punch him.

But just as he was doing so, two people pulled Jisung back, telling him to stop.

Which is how they all ended up in the current situation wherein Hyunjin, Seungmin, Jisung and Changbin were all standing at the gym. The tension in the room being thick.

"Fuck you! Fuck you Seo Changbin!" Jisung snarled, trying to get out of Seungmin's and Hyunjin's grip as Changbin simply stared at him with wide, confused and angered eyes.

"She fucking called me at three in the morning! She was crying! Who the fuck makes a girl cry the night before her graduation! And to think that I approved of you! I thought you liked her you-"

"-SHUT UP! YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING" Changbin screamed.

Suddenly, the room grew silent and everyone froze. Jisung had stopped struggling and paused, staring at Changbin as if he silently asked for an explanation.

"YOU THINK I DON'T REGRET WHATEVER THE FUCK I DID YESTERDAY?! Jisung..." Changbin trailed off for a moment, a bitter chuckle filled with regret and frustration escaping his lips.

"...I fucking love her"

And Jisung could see it.
The sincerity in Changbin's words. The regret he felt for chickening out yesterday when you confessed.

As he looked Changbin in the eyes, it was as if he was looking at a mirror. Because the emotions that were showing in Changbin's eyes, the feelings bleeding out for you were the same ones he had.

And it hurt Jisung.
As if old wounds had been opened.

He could sympathize with Changbin but at the same time he hated the guy for making you cry, for hurting you.

Your broken, choked up voice when you called, the dull look in your tear-stained eyes when he met up with you at your place yesterday night. All of those memories were fresh in his head.

How you looked so beautiful Indian-seated on your bed with messed up hair and only the moonlight from your window illuminating you. How he cupped your cheeks, leaning in and- Jisung stopped his own train of thoughts and focused back on what was in front of him.

"If you love her..." Jisung begins, eyes on the ground before they trail back to Changbin's own orbs.

"...then you better man up and make things right. Because she's been wanting to confess for months but was afraid to cause it might ruin your friendship! And when she finally has the guts you ignore her! It's graduation but she feels like shit cause of you so-"

"-Jisung that's enough!" Seungmin mutters.

Jisung sighs.

"If she doesn't even smile today... then you're dead to me Seo Changbin!" He says, glaring at the said guy before walking out of the gym.
