Streams of light were dancing behind my eyelids and through the glass, the sound of birds singing floated into my ears telling me morning had arrived. I refused to open my eyes, wanting to lay in this comfortable peace for just a little longer.

I had spent the night in Alice and Jasper's bed, giving as vampires don't sleep the bed was free for the night. It did gross me out a little that they did have the bed for only one reason, but it was all I had considering I didn't even have a bedroom. Besides, I didn't think I could have stayed in Rosalie and Emmett's room after what Alice said last night.

I rolled over so I was now turned towards the middle of the bed, away from the window, so I could now open my sensitive eyes and not be blinded by the sunlight. As soon as I opened them I jumped out of my skin and nearly fell off the bed. "Alice! What the hell?" I stood up from the bed quickly, placing a hand over my erratic heart. How long had she been laying there next to me?

"Good morning to you, too, little sister." She sat up, the huge smile on her face as usual, as she looked over me.

"Why were you watching me sleep?" I gasped as I tried to slow my breathing.

"It's interesting." She shrugged before elegantly jumping off of the bed. "Now, I went shopping last night and bought you some things. It's not a lot but it'll do for now." She grabbed my hand, my sock covered feet slipping on the hard wood floors as she pulled me along.

She practically swung me around the corner of the hallway and into her closet, which was actually bigger than her bedroom. I was surprised to see the whole floor covered in shopping bags, most of them designer brands, she must have gone to Seattle in the middle of the night. There was no where around here she could get all this stuff from.

"Alice this is too much." I sighed as I rubbed my eyes. I was not awake enough for this.

"Please! This is inadequate. Just wait till you have a closet." She rolled her eyes at me, as if my opinion on the quantity of clothes had offended her. "Okay so first we are going to start with pants..."

God save me now!

"Alice, it's been three hours. Give her a break she hasn't even eaten yet." Carlisle stood in the doorway to Alice's closet, his arms crossed over his chest as he looked at her in disbelief.

The make-shift fashion show had been non-stop. I had only finished trying on the clothes she bought me half an our ago, since then Alice had been modelling me for today's outfit. I was allowed no input. Don't get me wrong, the clothes she bought were beautiful, some were just a bit much for a tribe girl who lives in La Push. I'd be laughed out of town if I showed up back home in a pair of stilettos.

"But we aren't done!" She whined and Carlisle rolled his eyes.

"Alice please, I like what I'm wearing now." I protested, looking down at the plainest outfit Alice had dressed me in all morning.

It was an oversized black t-shirt that has a knot in the front of it to reduce the length. She had matched that with a pair of blue denim jeans and some nude heels.
