self shake in terror and it
makes me insane, but I dare
not frown.

I really do feel bad for the men and woman who put up with abusive relationships because they're afraid of being alone and standing on their own two feet.
All I can say is: Be yourself, don't be afraid to ask for help, and just know that there are other people who want to help.
