Ethan's POV
I walked over to graysons locker and slammed it shut.
"Bro!-" he said but I cut him off.
"What the fuck did you do!" I said
"Idk what you're talking about-" he said
"Bullshit..the rumor about Tati!" I yelled
"Oh yeah that....listen I can explain." He said. "So I didn't want the guy to go for Tati so I pretended to hook up with her...but now everyone wants to get with her.."
"Why would you do that if you don't care about her?" I asked.
"For my reputation" He said "jake said that just made it wayyyy higher"
"But that rumor could've just ruined her life" I said "do you even care about that?"
He hesitated.
I could see in his face that he did care. But he was too brainwashed to admit it.
I saw his face when jake went up to tati. He was jealous.
"Nevermind you don't care" I said as I walked away, rolling my eyes.
Tatiana's POV
Ethan walked over.
"So what happened." I asked.
"Grayson said he did it to make his rep go up...out I saw his face when jake was talking to you. He was jealous." E said "so my idea is that you and Alex hanging out a lot more to make him jealous to get back at him.
"Perfect!" I said "if its ok with you" I turned to Alex.
"It's fine with me." He shrugged his shoulders "to be honest, me and gray used to be best friends, but now he's acting like a douche bag. Someone needs to teach him a lesson."
I knodded yes as he spoke.
But deep down, I didn't want to hurt him.
"Ok but I feel like I need to say something to gray" I said "something like 'oh how could you make that up about me blah blah bla"
"No. You need to let him know you're hurt. Don't make it obvious for others. But like stop talking to him and don't look him in the eye. Ok?" Ethan said "that will really get to him"
Then the bell rang for 1st period.

Tatiana's POV
After everyone had their food and Gray's group was sitting down and talking. I walked past him.
"Hey Tati"
"Nice ass"
"Blow job?"
Were comments I heard from Grayson and his friends.
I couldn't bare to look at him.
It truly did hurt me.
But true feelings never go away.
I felt stupid, but I love him still
Grayson's POV
She walked pasted our table and didn't even glance at me. She completely ignored me.
Maybe I did hurt her.
I feel dumb. Why would I do that to her?
Then it all hit me, way later than it should've.
I stood up and walked over to where she was sitting.
With Ethan and Alex.
As I sat next to Ethan. It got quiet.
Whatever conversation they were having, stopped completely.
I cleared my throat. "Hey I just came over to apologize for ummmm.....about what I said."
Tatiana said nothing.
"Just saying sorry won't fix it" Ethan spoke up "do you know how many harassing comments she's getting?"
He said.
"Well no..." I said
"Exactly. You need to tell the truth to your 'friends' before it gets worse" he said
"Hey Grayson!" Someone yelled from my table "are you getting another suck!!"
I looked over at Tati. She did nothing.
She said nothing.
I stood up and walked back over to my friends.
Tatiana's POV
How could he hurt me like that?
Why did I keep running back to him?
Why do I still love him?
I've been hurt before, I should've learned my lesson by now.
But as I said, true feelings never go away. They simply get buried over time, until someone digs them up.
I'm in love with him, and I can't deny that.
————when school ends for the day—————
The bell rang as I headed for the door.
Everyone looked at me. People whispered.
Then Jake went up to me. As I exited.
He shoved me up against the wall.
(Warning, this may get triggering)
He felt me up and down.
"Jake stop!" I yelled.
He held down my arms.
I screamed and kicked and cried, but I was help less.
No one did anything. They just continued on with their day.
Then Grayson came up behind jake.
He hit him, jake fell.
I stared at Grayson for a second, out of breath and in a panic.
Then tears fell and I ran home.
I kept sprinting until I made it to my room.
I threw off my bag and my sweatshirt as I lay on my bed.
I was a sobbing mess.
