Hoseok sighed. He gently put his palm on Jeongguk's shoulders, directing him to look into his eyes, "Look, Ggukie, I'd never want you to be sad, so please, listen to me. I don't think what you have for me is love. It could just be an attraction, for a mere phase, you never know! So, please," He almost whined, trying his best to explain the younger, "Think about it. Think about what you're doing, is it really what you want?"

Jeongguk bit his lower lip, he wanted to cry out loud saying, ‘No! It's not just a mere attraction, it's love! A love which you won't ever understand.’ but he held himself in, already picturing what and how the elder would answer on it.

"Guess I'll just leave.." he trailed off as he stood up, his eyes looking anywhere but Hoseok, "for now." He finished.

Walking few steps away from Hoseok, Jeongguk neared the living room area which lead to the main door, "I–I thought you would let me take care of you but.. how silly of me, no?" he chuckled sadly, "Anyways! I'll go now, take care hyung, and don't forget to have your food on time, yeah?" and saying that, he left.

Now Hoseok wouldn't lie but he did feel bad about Jeongguk being sad but it's better to make him realize earlier than being late. Jeongguk is already so attached to Hoseok, both- physically and mentally. And if Hoseok took his sweet time to convince the younger to leave him, that probably wouldn't work.
