Chapter Sixteen

*Fresh POV*

I walked into school that morning with PJ by my side. His arm was around me.

People stared at us as we walked down the hallway. I don't know if they were confused or angry. Probably both.

We passed Bunny and her friends in the hallway. PJ glared at them as they just scowled angrily at us.

PJ halted to a stop at my locker and let me get my books and stuff out for the day. Then we headed to his locker and he put his lunch away.

PJ then brought me over to introduce his friends Undyne and BP to me cause he believes we got off on the wrong start. They were a  little hardcore and... very... loud... but they were nice. They also apologized for treating me badly when school first started. That was nice of them.

I then saw Alphys and left PJ's side to go talk to her.

"Bro guess what!"

Alphys turned around and smiled when she noticed me.

"What?"

"PJ and I are official!!" We both squealed excitedly to ourselves.

"What's with all this high pitched mouse squeaks?" Undyne asks as PJ and her join us.

Alphys and I giggled.

"Oh! We should go on a double date again!!" Undyne suggested excitedly. PJ locked eyes with me and nodded.

"Where should we go?" Alphys asked.

"How about the new ice rink they opened up a few weeks ago? We can all meet up at 5 there." Undyne suggested. We nod excitedly as the first bell rang and we all walked to first period.

*Time Skip*

As the last bell rang dismissing everyone I invite PJ to walk home with me to my house so we can get ready for the date..

We walked to my house in silence but with PJ making really cute gestures and movements like putting his arm around me or randomly grabbing my hand.

When we got to my house I opened the door and we both stepped inside. PJ sighed as he hugged me.

"What's with all the affection?" I asked and accidentally let out a giggle.

PJ pulled back from the hug and leaned in close so our lips were barely touching.

"I can't help it you're so adorable and cute." PJ whispered and closed the gap. It was a slow and short kiss but it was great.

"Okay now imma go get ready okay? Help yourself to anything in the kitchen and the bathroom is the first door down the hall to your right. I'll be back down in a minute." I said he nodded and flopped on the couch and got on his phone.

I went into my room and got out my favorite tank top and some shorts. I really wanted to look cute for my date but not like I tried to hard.

After I changed I brushed my teeth so I didn't have any bad breath. I double checked in the mirror if I was ready and I grabbed my phone and went downstairs.

PJ smiled when he saw me and gave me a hug from the back.

"Are you ready?" He asked softly. I nodded. He grabbed his stuff and we walked hand in hand out the door.

We walked for about a minute when PJ cleared his throat.

"Uh Fresh... do you know about the dance coming up?" He asked. I looked at him confused.

"There's another dance coming up?"

"I'll take that as a no." PJ said and chuckled. "Yes there is another dance coming up and I was wondering if... Uh...." PJ stuttered.

"Yea?" I asked waiting for him to go on.

"Uhm... would you like to go with me...? Like as my date..?" He asked. I smiled.

"Yes! Of course!" I said and hugged him. He smiled wide and accepted the hug.

"Oh um... I wanted to apologize for my behavior at the last dance... sorry I declined your offer to dance and yelled at you...I-I didn't know you l-liked me..."

"Oh no it's totally okay! I should've given you a reason to trust me first.." PJ explained. I giggled.

"Yea I thought you were gonna prank me or something..." I stared at the ground.

We walked in silence the rest of the way to the ice rink and met up with Undyne and Alphys.

I'm so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so sorry that this chapter took like 68493617495 years to make I kinda lost inspiration :/
