That night, Logan had another nightmare.
She stood next to Lily and Enna. They were walking together and laughing when suddenly Enna froze.
"Enna?" Logan called.
Enna dropped to the grass.
"ENNA!" Lily screamed.
Logan moves closer to the fallen girl but Lily blocked her.
"Stay away!"
"What? Lily! It's me!" Logan protested.
"I don't know you." Lily spat, "You're a monster!"
"Lily, I'm sorry I didn't tell you!"
Logan woke up with a gasp. She brushed the sleep out of her eyes and looked at the clock. It was nearly eight- the time she had promised to meet up with the other Marauders.
Logan got up out of bed and got dressed. When she came out of the bathroom, she noticed Lily sitting on Enna's bed, calmly reading a book. When Logan stepped closer, she noticed Lily's eyes weren't moving. Lily put down the book and looked over at Logan.
"Is there anything you'd like to say?" She asked Logan.
"Um, how'd you get back into my dorm room?"
"Enna let me in."
"Oh."
Lily raised one eyebrow.
"Are you alright?" Logan asked her.
"I guess I should be asking you that."
"What? Why?!"
"You know I'm your friend Logan." Lily said, grasping her hand, "You can tell me anything,"
"I don't have anything to tell you." Logan lied.
"Fine." Lily said, "Be that way."
She took her hand back.
"Wha- Lily?!"
"You talk in your sleep you know." Lily said.
Logan turned pale.
"What- what did I say?!"
"Nothing much... mostly mumbling..."
Logan breathed out a sigh of relief.
"Oh, yeah, and "Lily, I'm sorry I didn't tell you"!" Lily added.
"Lil-"
"Enna told me. She told me that you don't have a family. Is that what you didn't tell me, or are you keeping more secrets?"
"Lily, I'm sorry." Logan whispered.
Lily's face softened.
"I don't want your apology, Logan. I want your trust... do I have it?"
