After looking for a while, they managed to find Enna consoling a formally distraught Maya.
"I'm sure everything will work out the way it's meant to." Enna finished saying as the three found her.
"Hey." Logan greeted.
Both girls looked up.
"Hey Logan." Maya said, wiping away stray tears.
"You need anything?" Logan asked her.
Maya shook her head.
"You guys are great and all, but I'd just like to be alone for a little bit." She said.
Enna nodded her head with understanding.
"Well, make sure to talk to Lily if you need anyone while we're on the mission." Enna said.
"I will."
"Bye."
Enna stood up and followed Logan down the hall.
"Why was she crying?" Fabian asked.
Enna and Logan exchanged glances.
"Stress." Logan said.
"Oh, seventh year finally getting to her?" Gideon asked.
"Something like that." Logan nodded.
"We'll make sure to cheer her up!" The twins promised.
Enna looked distraught.
"Um, it's really sweet that you'd like to help, but I don't think Maya would appreciate a prank right now." Logan tried to explain.
The Prewett's laughed.
"Do you really think we're that bad with people?" Gideon asked.
"What? No! I- um-"
"We meant that we could prank someone for her." Fabian clarified, "Like someone she despises."
"Oh."
"Does she still have beef with that Snape guy?" Gideon asked.
"Okay, first of all, beef?! Second of all, I don't think pranking him would be a good idea. Even if they aren't talking anymore, Sev- Snape used to be one of Lily's best friends." Logan said.
"Hmm, well who else could we prank?" Fabian asked.
"I don't know... does everyone have their wands?" Logan asked.
"Yeah." Fabian said.
"Yep." Enna nodded.
Logan turned to Gideon.
"What, you thought I'd leave without this baby?" He asked, drawing his wand and looking at it lovingly.
