Somehow she managed to get back to the Hufflepuff Common Room in one piece and she tapped on the barrels before hurrying into her dorm. Logan collapses on her bed and closed her eyes. What was wrong with her? How could she have fallen for her friend? He would surly hate her if he knew. Logan wasn't sure how she knew this, but she felt it strongly. And why wasn't dating Fabian this hard? Not that she was dating Remus, but-
"Looooogan?" A voice called.
Logan tried to relax her muscles and feign sleep.
"Logan, I know you're awake." Enna said, poking her in the side.
Logan opened her eyes and sighed.
"Well, it was worth a shot." She shrugged.
"Now, will you please tell me why you ran out of the Great Hall like a madwoman?" Enna asked.
"What? I didn't run!"
"Fine, you walked very briskly."
Logan nodded and closed her eyes again.
"Logan!" Enna exclaimed.
Logan flinched and sat back up.
"What?"
"What's going on with you?" Enna asked, "Does this have something to do with this morning?"
"What- no! Nothing happened!"
"You like him, don't you?" Enna asked.
"Who?" Logan replied meekly.
Enna rolled her eyes and picked up a pillow.
"Remus. Freaking. Lupin." She said, hitting Logan with the pillow on every word.
"No." Logan denied, "We're just friends."
"Yeah, but do you like him?"
"I- I shouldn't." Logan stammered.
Enna frowned.
"It's okay if you do." She said gently, "People get crushes all the time."
"I know, it's just... odd." Logan said, "Because I- I didn't know that I liked him like that until last night, and then I just thought it and, Merlin, it was like it was just so natural and- Enna, Why are you smiling at me like that?!"
"Like what?" Enna beamed.
"Like that!"
"I'm not!"
"You most definitely are!"
"I'm just happy!"
"Why?" Logan asked.
"Because Remus is a really sweet boy, and I think... well, I think that you two would make a good couple." Enna pointed out.
"He would never like me like that." Logan said firmly.
