Sherlock is worked up, restless now that Mycroft is gone.

"John?"

"Yeah?"

"Stop."

I realize I have started pacing again, stopping when he asks. He is watching me still, even though I'm not moving anymore.

"Sherlock."

"What?"

"Put a shirt on. Its fucking distracting."

"From what?"

I sit beside him, rolling my eyes at the stupid grin he flashes at me. He is trying to think, easily distracted when I gently bite down on his ear. His hands automatically move to pull off my shirt, lips finding mine within seconds.

"I'm fine with staying in all night."

"Me too."

He kisses me again, moaning when I tease him along his neck.

"Oww. Damn it."

Sherlock doubles over in pain suddenly, hand searching for mine.

"What's wrong?"

He motions towards his stomach and I quickly spring up to grab his meds.

"John."

"I'm trying, hang on for a few more minutes."

I turn back to see him stumbling down the hall.

"Sherlock? Where are you going?"

The bathroom door opens, Sherlock heaving seconds later. I walk in behind him, wincing as I realize that he is sick. This never ends well.

"Stupid bloody infection hall."

"You stay here, ill go make up the bed for you."

He throws up again, definately not good.

I hurridly pull fresh sheets and a puke bin for the bedroom, grabbing a new set of clothes for Sherlock.

"Get in the shower."

He listens to me, blankly turning on the shower and stripping fully. I leave him to get washed up, going downstairs to talk to Mrs. Hudson.

"He's what?"

"Its the flu I think."

"Make him drink some of this, and he needs to be eating."

She brews some tea and gives it to me, sending me back up the stairs when we hear Sherlock calling for me.

"I'm here, its okay."

He is lying in bed, half dressed and absolutely pissed. I lie my hand across his forehead, his temperature is too high.

"Drink some water."

I hand him a glass, watching him sip water slowly. He lies back eventually, watching me watch him.

"How's the nausea?"

"I cant move without puking."

"It'll pass."

"Itd better."

My cell buzzes about three hours later, Mycroft. Better late than never.

I'm heading over now.- MH
