Chapter Twenty-Eight: Family Day

"I want the stufffffffs, Ka-Chan!" I whined.

"What are you? A two-year-old?"Ka-Chan responded.

"Maaaaaaa, he's being mean to me!" I complained.

"Izu! Stop acting like a brat, he's right you know! You can't have everything in the store!" She scolded.

"But I don't want everything, I want everything in this aisle!"

"You are a teenager, when are you gonna play with LEGO's and nerf guns?"

"You should listen to her, mom's right."

"Thank you, my son. Now grab one of his hands and I'll grab the other."

"Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyy?"

"Cause you're annoying." Ka-Chan stated like a fact.

"How am I annoying?"

"Midoriya Izuku, do you hear yourself right now? Katsuki, please grab his hand." 

"Aye aye ma'am."

I was getting dragged along in the store by my boyfriend and mother.

"Yeah Katsuki, please grab my hand." I said mimicking my mother.

     They both gave me a glare and continued walking. And. They. Did. Not. Let. Go. Until. We. Were. Outside. Although, I think Ka-Chan was enjoying this, he was able to grab my hand and do whatever he wanted with my mother's approval. I seriously think we should tell her about us, and I think we'll do it today.

"Next time, I'm not bringing you." Ma said looking straight at me.

"Why? I was the perfect angel."

"Izu, lis-"

"OH MY GOD!! LOOK AT THAT!!!!" I screamed. My mom and Ka-Chan and everyone else looked at me but I continued screaming my head off. "THE CARNIVAL IS BACK IN TOWN!! CAN WE GO?! CAN WE GO?!? CAN WE PLEEEEASE GOOOOOO?!?"

"Izu, not with the way you behaved today."

"Buuuuut ma!"

"No buts."

"I wanna go to the carnival!" Ka-Chan cut in with gleaming eyes.

"Are-are your eyes sparkling..?" I asked

"Katsuki, do you really?"

"Yeah! I've never been!" He said excitedly.

My jaw fell to the floor, "YOU'VE NEVER BEEN?!? MA WE HAVE TO GO NOW!"

"Well.."

"Pwease ma!" Ka-Chan and I said simultaneously with puppy faces.

She chuckled, "How can I resist my two teenage children?"

"So that's a yes?" I asked suspiciously.

She nodded.

"Alright! Let's go!" Ka-Chan said excitedly.

"I've never seen you so happy before!" I commented.

He quickly blushed and looked away, but it didn't escape ma. She went over and punched his cheeks, "You are sooooo adorable!!"

"Right! I tell him that everyday!" I added.

She sighed, "You do you, boo boo."

"M-mom?" I said with teary eyes, "I've never been prouder!"

She sighed, "What have I done?"

"Brought upon the downfall of being boring." I said in a series tone.
