double update! (:
27.
I spent the last hour or so attempting to do my eye makeup. If I was at home right now, just putting on makeup for a selfie, I would have gotten it perfect in my first attempt. But now that people will see me out and about, I had to redo it several times to make it look semi-presentable.
Billboard included in the email that my ticket may include screen time— so I had a dress code. I had to dress up and be presentable for television.
I went light with the foundation and full coverage products because of the heat. The forecast says it should be well over 100° and I'm not trying to have my face melt off.
After finishing my makeup, I'm sitting at the desk in the hotel room to take a break. My arm hurts from being lifted for so long, but I'm pretty content with the look.
I busily go through my Instagram to see what's new. I check on my latest post from yesterday.
It's only been posted for less than 24 hours and I cannot believe how many likes it has accumulated. It feels surreal that so many people could be interested in what I'm doing. I even surpassed some accounts in which I admire.
I'm anxious now because of how different I will have to act all day. I will be in a sea of BTS fans and knowing how curious most of them are, I will be asked by at least one person what's going on. I will have to lie.
I sigh and decide to take a selfie of my makeup. I got a sponsor post deal from a makeup company and I have to post about an eyeshadow pallet. I told them I'd do a rose/red... but I added some blue after seeing Jungkook's outfit— I couldn't help myself.
The company gave me $15,000 just to do that. Crazy.
It's after two in the afternoon when I open Twitter. My account is going crazy because people keep tagging me in theory posts. I have seen so many tweets asking people who are going to the BBMAs to find me and make sure to see what I do. It's creepy and feels odd but I can't do much about it.
I attach one of my selfies to my writing and tweet it to the world.
