"It's awkward with you in here," Jungkook chuckles, his attention paired to the camera but his words being spoken to me.

"Shhh!" I hush him from my position on the couch.
My face is flush from not only trying to contain my own giggles, but also from the freshly opened bottle of red wine that I've been sipping.
It's hard to pretend that I'm not in the room while Jungkook is on VLive; BTS' first night at MetLife Stadium ended less than an hour ago, and now the two of us are in his hotel room. I'm expecting a text from Taehyung at any moment because the three of us usually watch a movie at night in the hotel room— we've become sort of like a movie trio (with an English lesson usually included).
I'm sitting comfortably with my phone on my lap displaying his broadcast: one hand is secured over my mouth to stop myself from saying anything, and the other holding the bottle, while also tapping on the screen to give my boyfriend as many hearts as I can. Swooning at the delectable and gorgeous sight of Jungkook is an easy task when he makes it so easy just existing.
"Hello, everyone," Jungkook says with a large smile. I can tell he is finding my secret presence amusing. "A lot of people are probably on their way home from the concert. I just wanted to say hi."
The silence while he reads the comments is almost enough to break me. I hope he isn't reading the same comments that I am— so much English is flooding my screen. I don't think he can read them fast enough, but I'm sure it's for the better. I've read more than enough comments about people wanting Jungkook to punch them in the face.
"It's just past midnight," Jungkook says, presumably answering someone's question. "Why am I laughing so much?" he reads from the screen before replying with hesitation, "I... I am very happy right now."
It wouldn't be the smartest thing to reveal that I'm in the room with him. We already created enough stir on the internet from our one year anniversary date in NYC two days ago (where we were conveniently photographed). It's becoming difficult to hide me because Jungkook's pokerface is terrible.
Our adventure around New York City on Friday to commemorate a year together was just everything we needed after not seeing each other for nearly a month. Jungkook has been busy with the Speak Yourself Tour and promotions, and I have had a schedule of my own trying to get my name out there, filming with companies such as Buzzfeed Celeb, PeopleTV, Teen Vogue, etc.
