a- goodbye ill miss you
a- this is annas mom she just passed away im sorry her funeral will be in a week
I shut my phone off and slam it on the ground starting to break down
"oh my god Alyssa whats wrong" Jonah asks quickly coming next to me hugging me
"Anna just died. my best friend is dead and I have no other friends." I say with anger and sadness
"im so sorry"
"she said 3 weeks...3 weeks. it has not been 3 weeks its been 3 hours. she lied to me"
"she probably lied because she didnt want you to be sad."
"Well it didnt work because now I am the saddest ill ever be." I say getting up and walking away to my room
I go in my room and lay in my bed crying for hopefully the rest of the week
*3 hours later*
my crying gets interrupted by my door opening
"go away I don't want to talk to anyone" I say to whoever is in my room
"its Cam, Jonah called me and said Anna died and that you wouldn't talk to anyone so I said id come over to try to talk to you"
"oh im sorry you have to see me like this" I say sitting up
"its fine you still look pretty" he says softly smiling and sitting across from me
"thank you and you don't have to sit so far away" I say laughing and smiling back
"oh I didnt want to make it awkward" he says getting closer
"I don't think its awkward but if you do the~"
"I was just making sure for you"
I pull him next to me and smile putting my head on his shoulder
"you have a pretty smile"
"you have a pretty face"
"thats a good one" he says laughing
I close my eyes and end up falling asleep
"are you okay" he whispers
"yeah... im just tired"
"well ill let you go to sleep goodnight" he whispers again kissing my forehead as I fall asleep
