The game started and I'm not in till the second half of the first part half before halftime if that makes sense

Right now the score is 5-2 with us winning

"Okay you're in" coach tells me

"Me" I ask pointing to myself

"Yup"

"Okay"

I stand up and Taylor leaves the field and pats me on the back as a way to say good luck

"They're bad you'll do great" she whispers and I have to go on the field

So we just finished the first half and the score is now 12-5 again with us winning

I'm not going to lie I made like half those goals

"Wow you're amazing" coach says after I get off the field

"Oh thanks"

"I'm so surprised you haven't done soccer before"

"I never realized I liked it"

"Well I'm glad you're here now"

She pats my shoulder and everyone gets together to discuss the next half

"Okay so the first part we're going to have Riley, Syd, Morgan, Callie , and Maya. Then on the second we have Dani, Alyssa, Maddie, Jordan, and Taylor. For the first try and set it up so we have as many points as we can and second just win"

We agree and get out of the huddle

Me and the others in the second half sit on the sidelines as the first practice

"Babe you are doing amazing" Cam sits down and puts his arm around my waist

"Really?" I ask

"Um yeah and you look hot playing"

"See I told you"

"Remember when I told you that when you play you look extra attractive"

"Yeah"

"Exactly so it works both ways"

"Yeah but your ass is better than mine so"

"I know" I put my head on his shoulder and he kisses the side of my head

"You seem much more confident"

"That's only because you're here once you leave I'll be scared again"

"Then I guess I shouldn't leave"

"Second half"

"Wanna practice before"

"You see the empty patch of grass over there"

"Okay then let's go"

We stand up and head over to a small area of grass where no one is

"So I've been observing and I saw that your only issue is kicking to someone. When you do it you kick with the top of your foot therefore it goes diagonal and they have to chase it. Try kicking with the middle" he tells me kicking the ball over

"Okay"

I do what he says and it goes straight to him

"Great Job now I'll go further down and see how it looks"

He runs very far away and kicks the ball perfectly

"How" I yell

"Practice" he yells back shrugging

We finish practicing and it's time for the second half to start

"You're going to do great" he kisses my cheek and leaves the area

Everyone goes on the field and as I watch I get progressively nervous

Just as soon as it started I'm already about to go out and scared

Before I do Cam walks over

"Good luck"

"Thanks" I mumble staring straight at the field

"What's wrong"

"Nothing please leave"

"What did I do"

"I said nothing now go"

"Okay I definitely did something but you were fine earlier"

"You just make me nervous so please just go"

"How do I make you nervous"

"Cam just go away please you're making it worse"

"Okay okay I love you"

"I love you too now go"

"You're really pretty" He moves my ponytail out of my face

"CAMERON!"

"Fine Fine I'm leaving but before I do kiss me"

"Ugh you're so annoying" I roll my eyes and kiss him

"Bye" he smiles

You have 1-2 good chapters before the real tea happens. But also like there's some foreshadowing tea in the next chapter so have fun and enjoy this
