We get to the soccer field and the boys go in the stands while I go down to Cam before the game starts
He walks over to me and hugs me
"Destroy them" I whisper
He laughs and kisses my forehead
"I'm glad you came"
"My brothers are here ew right"
"Yeah ew" he laughs " sorry I gotta go now I love you"

He kisses me and I run off to the stands
"You. Guys. Are. So. Cute" some random girl says to me when I sit down
"Who?" I ask
"You and Cam. You know the best on the team. Everyone on the girls team is obsessed with him."
"Yeah he is very attractive" I say and she laughs
"Hey guys come here it's Cams girlfriend" she calls over 3 other girls all wearing soccer jerseys
"You're so lucky you're dating him"
"He's so hot"
"He is the best player on the team"
They all take turns talking highly of Cam
"He is a really amazing person" I reply watching him make a goal
They sit down and watch the game
"So do you play soccer?" One girl asks
"No but I like soccer"
"You should join our team"
"I don't know I'm not that good"
"I mean Cam could always teach you"

"So you should join. Here, put your number in the group chat"
The girl hands me her phone which is open on a group chat called: soccer girlies🥇🏆⚽️
I put my number in and she adds me
"What's your last name again?"
"Marais"
"Oh my god girl you have everything."
"What do you mean" I ask
"You have the guy and your brother is Jonah Marais"
"Oh"
"Well I hope you choose to join"
"Isn't it too late"
"Nope this is our first boys game. The girls don't have our game till next month which means we have enough time for you to join"
"I'll talk to Jonah about it"
"Good"
"Wait Maya we should introduce her to the team"
"Oh yeah good idea"
"Alyssa do you want to meet everyone"
"Once Cam's not on the field I really want to watch him play"
"Aw supportive girlfriend so cute you know what we'll bring them to you bye"
They get up and leave where I am. Once the leave the boys sit next to me
"What was that about" Jonah asks
"They want me to join their soccer team"
"Why" Zach says
"I don't know they do"
"You know if you wanted to I'd let you" Jonah tells me
"I do want to I just want to be able to play first."
"You know how to play" Cam says from behind me
I turn around and see him standing up
"Oh hey why aren't you-"
"Halftime I'm not playing for the rest of the game so I asked and I'm allowed to sit up here with you"
He sits down next to me and takes my hand
"Anyways you should be on their team"
"I don't know they seem good I'm not"
"You really are though. Think of all the great things. The boys and girls have practice together so we'd be together then, I can help you play, we will always go to soccer things together, it's perfect"
"Just for you I'll do it"
"Really?"
"Yeah I suppose"
