It was later in the evening when the patrol groups began to split off from the house. It was already dark out, so Callas knew that none of the boys or Leah would be spotted by anyone while they were out as wolves. Which was a thought that Callas never expected to ever have, or to ever think that that was in any way normal. Emily and Embry were in the kitchen while Callas was laying down on the sofa, with Zeus laying on top of her asleep. Callas vaguely knew where everyone would be—Sam and Jake were patrolling one part of La Push, while Brady and Collin were at another, Quil and Reed were at Henry's, Leah and Jared were at Silas and Anya's, Seth and Paul were close by Emily's house, and a few other wolves that Callas didn't know were also patrolling around La Push. From the kitchen, Emily laughed at something Embry had said while slapping his hands away from the food that she was making for the others for when they got back to the house after the patrol. Callas smiled to herself and looked back down at her phone. Henry had sent her a few messages, and she planned on replying, considering as she went M.I.A. on him after all that had happened. Her phone buzzed and she looked at the message from him:

Henry:
So, Cally, did you end up finishing the Maths homework? I kinda need help.

Callas:
No, not yet, almost finished it. When I get back home I can send you a picture of it.

Henry:
'Get back home'? Where are you?

Callas:
Friend's house.

Henry:
Embry's? Jakes? Pauls?

Callas:
I'm not a fan of Paul, so no. I'm at Emily's.

Henry:
Who?

Henry:
Oh, and same.

Callas rolled her eyes at his response. Whatever actually happened between Henry and the boys was probably going to stay just between Henry and the boys, she doubted anyone would actually explain to her what the real story behind the 'spaghetti incident' was, so she gave up looking for answers on it. When she looked up from her phone, she saw that Embry had quickly stolen a piece of food off the plate, while Emily wasn't watching, and tried to eat it as fast as he could so she wouldn't find out. But, while he was chewing quickly, he was also making a bit of noise, which, of course, Emily could hear, so she turned around to look at him and pointed a wooden spoon at him, warning him not to do it again. Embry simply smiled at her and continued eating. Callas smiled faintly at the two of them and looked back down at her phone, typing back.

Callas:
Ha ha, Hen. She is one of Reed's friends, I guess she's my friend now too. He thought it would be best if we stayed with her while Si was in the hospital. We should be getting back tomorrow, seeing as Si is home as well.

Henry:
Ohh, okay, makes sense. I'm glad Silas is okay.

There was a short pause before he began typing again:

Henry:
Speaking of being okay, the doctors said I'm healing really well, so that's a thing.

Callas:
Really? Thank god!

Henry:
Yeah, but that now means that my dad is going to take me fishing at some point during the week. Also, a fair warning now, if the trip goes well, my dad might end up asking Reed to go with him some other time. Apparently, they're friends?
