After Joel Campbell admitted to struggling with an eating disorder his Sophomore year of college, he completed a rehab program and returned to his high-pressure, high-stakes position as a Division One, state-qualifying wrestler.
But Joel is drowning. And nobody knows except his brother, Caden, who is doing everything in his power to help support Joel through his disorder.
When it all becomes too much for Joel, he's forced to face his future and the hold his eating disorder truly has on his life.
