It's been four days ever since I saw my little sister thrown out a window by my so called grandfather and I can see it hurting everyone including little Jaxon who we've all taken a liking to also some man called Max called and said to meet him at the police station about Jaxon so I told him I'll go since Shanta is in able to get up or even talk and walk or even open her eyes!! Her eyes are so odd but they're fucking beautiful along with her natural blue hair, she's not even aware of how beautiful she is she always says she's ugly, weird and fat. She's not fat , when toned and weighs less than me and I'm 143lbs so she's not fat.

Grabbing my bikes keys I kiss Ashanta's forehead telling her I'll be back in a hour, speeding off down the road my mermaid, Ocean started going crazy. *whats wrong ocean*...*i don't know but it's a good feeling*, pulling up at the station I shut of the engine and got off.

As soon as the door closed to the station the man up front with a white mustache looked up from his news paper "how may I help you" he says blandly, rude "I'm here regarding Jaxon" his lips formed a line "go on back Max is waiting" my lips curl at him in disgust "thank you for your kindness" not waiting for a reply I walk to the very first door I see and open it, a heavenly scent of sea salt and cherries smack me in the face. Sitting at the desk is a man around 26 with brown hair that has spots of blonde here and there, he smells of werewolf *we need to see his eyes to be sure is he's what you think he is*...*alright*

Stepping up a little I clear my throat, his head snapped up to reveal widened beautiful grey eyes "mate" he whispered and stood up not caring about the chair that just fell. Once he towers over me at my dads height or shorter he places a hand on my face making sparks shoot through his skin and into mine *we finally found him Rain, we found our mate*...*yea.... I guess we did*............ Clearing my throat i look down at the ground "I'm here regarding Jaxon for my sister Ashanta"he rubs his thumb up and down my cheek "Jaxon Hale is now a foster child his mother, Mariann Hale died yesterday afternoon from drug overdose, the options are for him to be placed in foster care or be adopted by you and your sister" stepping back I hold a finger up "I have to mind-link my father"

Smiling brightly i nod "the king will like to adopt him" he raised an eye brow "the king, the werewolf king?" nodding I use water molecules to make a pen "he's my dad" his eyes widen and he bowed "your highness" groaning I pull him up off the floor "no you are my mate, my equal so no formalities because we are one" grabbing his face I placed my lips onto his delicate ones.

I need to protect my babies the oldest two can but the others not so much. In my lap sits Jaxon who's talking to Ashanta with dried tears on his face " you scared me Shanty, I thought you were gonna leave me" shanty sits up and pulled him off my lap and sits him in her own "I'm alright I was just tired, I'll never leave you bud I love you" closing her eyes she holds Jaxon close to her chest.

After everyone showed up Jaxon fell asleep leaving all of us ready to answer and get answers for questions "alright how about you guys ask questions and I'll answer but one by one please" adjusting Jaxon on her chest she cuddled into him while looking at us expectedly. Malaya goes first "are you alright big bear" smiling Ashanta nods making Malaya blush and look down to toy with the end of her jacket "I'm fine little bear" next is Blake " what happened" no one told the three what happened to Ashanta "our grandfather was my new photography teacher and he told me he wanted to see me after class, Andy was a little reluctant but he did as told and left..... He said something about who my father was, he knew everything about me he also said something about not remembering him and me living for 80 years, which I now remember by the way, and when dad threatens him about taking his fangs he grabbed my neck and started choking me, that's when those three" she pointed at me, rain and Asher "decided to burst through the door and.. ... I passed out while falling to the ground I thought..... I thought it..... It was gonna be the end of my life but someone caught me before I hit the ground, I didn't see it I felt it" the whole time she wasn't looking at anyone but a sleeping Jaxon's face, Kaden just hugs her and whispered something in her ear but I could only hear the last bit '-i knew you were-' then I heard the last three words '-i was scared-'. Kaden sat beside her on the bed while holding her other hand, next was rain but Ashanta spoke up first since rain was just standing there "Rain why do you smell like another male wolf?" now that she says it she does smell like a male wolf, the mate. Rain blushes and walked to the door and poked her head out, she says "you can come in now" backing away the door reopens and a boy around 25 or 26 with brown/blonde hair with grey eyes attached his hands to Rain's with a smile on both of there faces "hey Max what you doing here" Ashanta knows him? Seeing all of our confused faces "oh he was the officer that helped me with Jaxon" This guy Max gives a small wave "Nice to see you again Ashanta I'm here with your sister, rain, she's my mate" Ashanta stares at them then squealed and she got up so fast no one saw her and gave both of them huge hugs, catching everyone by surprise "Shanta....
