"Kota who did you see?"
"The guy f..f..from the party."
My heart dropped. I pull away a little and say "You know he can't hurt you right?"
"I guess"
"Kota I promise you that you are safe. Do you want to see Kolby?"
She nods and I call for Will. A second later he and Kolby walk in followed by everyone else.
Kolby runs over and pulls Kota into his chest. I look at him and see tears rolling down his face. We all leave and give them some time alone.
Kolby's POV
She's in my arms crying, shaking and all I can do is hold her. She stops crying and I help her up and lay her on the bed.I move to get in and she starts shaking and tensing up. I reach out slowly and rub her arm. She tenses more so I coo her
"Kota it's just me. It's alright if you're uncomfortable I'll sleep on the couch just let me know."
"No" she croaks "You're fine I just flipped out. I'm fine."
"Okay" I say and climb in. We fall asleep and dream good.
6 Months later
Our lives have changed a lot I have a 3 month old daughter a beautiful girlfriend a great family and a wonderful home.
James's POV
it's been a long road but I have Dusty and that's all that matters. None of this would have happened if I wasn't a closet case.
