JACOB'S POV
My mind was still processing what just happened. Natalie had this kind of effect on me that no one else ever had. Ever. You people have no idea how much hardwork I had done to stop myself from kissing her.
My life had turned upside down after Natalie had entered my life. Shocking thing was I hadn't had sex with any woman after she came. I wanted her. Only her.
The lift opened and I was greeted by my old friend Russell who was also who I would be doing business with. It was nice to see my good friend but it was downright unpleasant to see the man standing next to him. My ex-employee Daniel. I had fired that asshole because I caught him kissing Natalie, my Nat.
"Hey Natalie, Remember me? " he said. I felt like punching his face off.
"Of course. We had quite a memorable time, didn't we? " Natalie replied, smiling flirtatiously.
Seriously women are so hard to understand. Dammit! Is Natalie attracted to me or not?
Well, if she's not gonna give me any clue about how she feels then I will give her a clue about how I feel.
I wrapped my arm around her waist, very possessively and said "Let's get to business "
Russell gave me and Natalie a tour of the site. Russell is an architect and he designed most of our companies building structure. This is supposed to be our new branch if I like it. If I don't then he'll sell it to an another company.
During the tour, Natalie and Daniel were walking behind us, sometimes doing their work, sometimes not.
And whenever they were not doing their work they were talking and laughing. Basically they were having fun and that pissed me off. I kept looking back to make they weren't doing something else.
"Um.. Jacob? I would like to talk to you for a moment " Russell said. "Alone"
I looked back unsure. They may do something while I was gone.
"It's only for a couple of minutes " Russe said, gesturing to enter an unfinished room away from Natalie and Daniel's eyeshot and earshot.
The moment I entered the room, Russell said.
"Jacob, you are so whipped."
I frowned. "Sorry? "
"It's obvious by the way you look at her"
I knew exactly what and who was talking about but I pretended not to understand. "What are we talking about again?"
"Natalie "
"Yeah. What about her? "
"Jacob, you are in love with her."
