five years has already passed, memories still latched and vivid yet their lives has gone back to normal--some of them.
lucas had hired too many man to find where baram have left but there's nothing change and no progress at all. everything seems to...
"gègè, what are you doing here?" lucas asks when he saw his brother walking down the hall of his office.
"you didn't happy to see me?" sicheng said, drapping his arms around lucas' shoulders before dragging him inside his office.
the both sibling went inside lucas' office, questioning look appears on his face about his brother sudden appearance without telling him first.
lucas didn't recall that he have a meeting with his brother or some event togethe with him. now that sicheng held the new hq in korea, sicheng have some meetings with lucas but not today if lucas remembered.
"do we have a conference to go to? or..."
sicheng chuckles, taking one of the chairs in front of lucas' desk and cross one of his leg on top of the other leg.
"so i can only see my brother when we only have important meetings?" sicheng asks, "wow yuk-hei, now you only see me as your business partners not brother anymore? wow." he continue with a sarcastic tone.
"sorry ge, wasn't trying to hurt your feelings." lucas said, placing a hot coffee in front of sicheng's view and for himself.
"it's fine," sicheng said after sipping the coffee that lucas have made and place it back onto the desk.
"oh, gege," lucas called, "when can i meet your fiancè? i haven't see her yet and know what she's like."
"just so you know, she's chinese and mother approve since we're the same," sicheng said, "she's a year older than you."
lucas widen his eyes after taking a seat on the egde of his desk, "no way!"
sicheng nodded his head, "way way--do you want to see her picture?" lucas then nods his head and waited for sicheng to fish out his phone from his pocket.
"here." sicheng said while showing lucas kyulkyung's picture.

"she is pretty," lucas compliment and gave sicheng his phone back, "kind of reminds me of mother."
"right?" sicheng agreed, "mother said that too but father won't believe if!" the two siblings laugh.
"gege, may i ask again why do you want to see me?" lucas asks swinging one of his legs as he sat on the edge of his desk.
"i just wanted to have a chat with you--it's been too long since the last time we have brotherly talk." sicheng replied and lucas nods his head.
"speaking of chat," lucas cut it, "what were you going to say that day?"
good thing sicheng is here. lucas is getting more curious on what sicheng is about to say and it's bugging him for three days, until today.
the smile on sicheng's face disappear and turns into a serious look.
"yuk-hei," he started, "i don't know how to tell you--but..."

"mr. wong, mrs. wong is here to see you, should i send her in or..."
lucas wanted to curse every time sicheng wanted to speak, there is always something bugging and it's getting into his nerves.
and lucas wanted to curse, why is seolhyun here without him knowing. yesterday seems like she tried to avoid lucas after the small fight they have when they both were on their way to lucas' parents hotel and now she suddenly appears on his office unannounced.
seolhyun can be so unpredictable sometimes.
"i guess i'll be going--"
"no!" lucas said and quick enough to hold sicheng's hand before he stood up from the chair. lucas then went around his table, pressing some buttons before speaking, "give me ten minutes, donghyuck, i need to talk to my brother."
"copy that mr. wong."
he straighten his posture before digging his hands inside his trousers pocket and stared back at his brother.
"continue what you have to say, ge." lucas said and waited for sicheng to speak.
three days is an enough days for him to wait for sicheng. three days is an enough days to make him dying in curious. he's not letting anything get in the way to know something that sicheng is about to say about seolhyun.
"i found seolhyun and taeyong walking out from a hotel at night, sicheng paused to look at lucas' expression that is already widen his eyes in disbelieve, "just a month before you got married."
lee teayong is xiyeon's father?
"i should've told you about this the second i saw both of them yuk-hei--but please, don't get furious at seolhyun, i don't have any strong proof if they really are having an affair or not."
"do you think, they don't have an affair walking out from a hotel," he paused, trying to make his breath steady before continue, "at night?"
now lucas know, the main reason why taeyong was there at his house when he just got back picking xiyeon up from his parents hotel.
seolhyun said that it was about work they were talking. lucas was too tired to find it suspicious, but come to think of it again, taeyong and seolhyun don't have any relation in their work.
maybe seolhyun's father is involved in lucas' company, but seolhyun don't. she do have three branch of small cafe's around seoul, so what work they were talking about, doesn't pass lucas' mind that day.
"yuk-hei, try to ask her first, nicely." sicheng said, placing his palm on lucas' tense shoulder.
lucas didn't reply and think.
if everything that sicheng told him is true, he cannot see taeyong the way he used to see.
he cannot see taeyong as his friend, as his employee or his partner. he's the one who make lucas wonder who's xiyeon's father for a long time and when lucas knew about it, it was the closest person, the person who have worked for him for more than six years.
he's having an affair with seolhyun and he's xiyeon's real father.
seolhyun didn't want to tell the truth either, both person in his life that he might say he's close to are betraying him at his back.
"how can i ask her nicely when she's been keeping it a secret for a long time?"
