Chapter 16: Reunion

BoBoiBoy's P.O.V.

"BoBoiBoy, you can open your eyes."

I slowly opened my eyes and felt something on my body. I glanced down and... What the heck? Is this a kimono? And why am I wearing a kimono?

"Hmph. We're in the Celestial World if that's what you are thinking. And these clothes that Virgo provided are the tickets in getting here so don't you ever take them off." Fang stated. He is also wearing a kimono like mine but has the purple color and a dark purple dragon design to add the appeal. I'm wearing an orange kimono with red lightning patterns all across the sides.

"I like this kimono. I think I should keep it." But wait, how in the world we managed to change our clothes in the first place? I don't wanna push further to find that out.

Fang shrugged. "Fine. Suit yourself."

"So this is the Celestial World, huh?" Gray let out a low whistle while staring and admiring the colorful orbs and the galaxy like atmosphere. Any of this feels familiar to me and I don't know why. I guess I spent too much time on space to even figure that out.

"Wow, it's even beautiful from here." Wendy said in awe and continued to stare at the wonderful scenery.

"It's different than what I imagined." Lucy thought.

Hey wait a second, we've been brought here for a reason. And that Virgo said the Spirit World is in danger. Where's the danger?

"Welcome back, old friends. We've been expecting you." A huge figure loomed above us. From what I can tell, he reminds me a certain someone I played in a video game once. Who was he again?

"Whoa! He's huge!" Natsu exclaimed with a comical expression.

"Huge mustache guy!" Happy screamed.

"You are... You are the Celestial Spirit King!" Lucy shouted.

"Unbelievable... You are the king here?" Erza asked informally. Levy sighed at her friend's informal expression.

"Indeed, I am." He said in a deep voice which echoed around us like inside of a room.

"We heard that the Spirit World is in danger?" Lucy questioned. She looked around to find no destruction happening. Her expression grew confused.

*BANG*

What in the world?

"WELCOME BACK, LUCY!!" Confetti, fireworks, and a bunch of floating stars popped up and erupted above us and into the galaxy-like sky. From the sounds of it, it must be a celebratory welcome-back party for Lucy?

"Wh-what is this? What's happening?" Lucy cried in astonishment. I'm with her. I didn't expect this at all.

"Oh princess, it's a party just for you and your friends." Virgo explained.

"Phew, I thought it was something serious for a moment there." I let out a breath of relief. Knowing this is just a party for Lucy and the others, I can get behind that. Although, I may have to ask her why they are doing this for her.

"But Virgo, you said that the Celestial World was about to be destroyed." Lucy didn't look convinced.

"This is the only way to convince you all to come to the Celestial World with me." Virgo finished with a chuckle.
