" Ready"

"Ready"

"Ready"

"Inject him and give it exactly 3 seconds before he knocks out" I mumbled, with that the three of us sauntered from behind the bathroom stalls. Ray held the mixture inside the insulin injection tightly within his grip, honestly this is always his favourite part of our cons, the violence. Yep he's a sociopath but I love him, so I guess that's ok.

We entered the car and put our seat belts on, Ray sat in the middle and prepared himself.

"So sir is Mr Jabal going to meet us at the jet?" I asked with interest, I pray he won't be there. The driver looked through the rear view mirror with a smile, oh don't make this hard for me.

"No Mr Jabal will be staying for another few days"

Fuck yes. That excited me even more, I want him to panic, turning towards Ray I nodded my head to which he smirked.

"Ayo boss man what's that" Ray pointed towards a boring building whilst leaning forward. As soon as the driver moved his gaze Ray pulled out the injection and stuck it into his arm gently.

Don't worry, you'll be awake soon" I muttered as Finn and Ray laid him in the back seat beside me, his eyes slowly rolling to the back of his head.

"Ok let's get to it, leave me 1 mile away from the museum next to the river, I'm going to swim. Also hurry towards the main line, it should be of by the time I reach the lock"

Slipping the com into my underwater bag I smiled at the guys.

" I'll put the com in once I get to the ladder, make sure you hide in the blindspots " I mumbled, before I jumped in the water I was engulfed by them both, they squeezed me with a sigh. Obviously not liking the situation, I don't either but if I want to pay my debt and be happy I need to do this.

"Be careful ok"

With that I turned from them and dived into the water in my full swimming costume and face covering, this will hopefully keep me covered from the cameras if anything goes wrong. My whole body except for my eyes are covered, I have to be extra careful.

I continued the strenuous swim, I'm still half a mile away but I'm beginning to get worried, when I look up I can still see the street lights.

This isn't looking good but I must keep going.

Pushing my body passed the dirty water I was about slow down but it happened, the lights went out.

A smile graced my lips as I began swimming faster, I need to reach the locks within a couple of minutes, backup generators are also fried but since its the Louvre they'll definitely try to get them back up as soon as physically possible.

I allowed myself to float to the surface for one last breath, now this is it, I either make it or don't.

Inhaling a deep breath I pushed my body back under, using the torch I looked around for the metal circular door. Damn its so dirty, crisp packets and plastic litter the water, there's barely any fish. What has the world come to.

Fighting through the wrappers I finally reached the big metal door, my fingers glided against the rusty Abus lock. Running my hand along the lock I found the hole, quickly pulling out the tools I began my work.

The Abus lock is a lot different, normal locks take about 30 seconds whereas the Abus takes around a minute, I pray I'll be able to hold my breath for that long.

Come on Storm, I sighed internally, the lock isn't budging. 5 pins have been locked but there's one pin left. With a few more jiggles the final pin locked in place. Quickly placing the tools back in my bag I threw the lock of and shoved the door. Air, I need it. Slamming my body against it again and again I finally managed to get in.

My body welcomed the oxygen like a much needed drug.

Water began flooding the small tunnel quickly, shit. I grabbed the door and pushed it as hard as I could back into place. Thank God.

Ok Storm calm down, leaning against the cold metal door with my ankles swallowed by dirty water isn't helping. After calming myself down I looked around the cylinder, the walls covered by moss and spiders crawling around. Thank god I'm not scared of them. Ignoring the disturbing sounds from around me I pulled my second lock picker out of the waterproof backpack and held it tightly.

Before climbing the ladder to the Museum I slipped my ear piece in.

"Guys I'm going up" I spoke confidently, a lot of static is coming from the other end, I hope it works.

Within seconds the calming voice came through  "Ok, be careful princess" muttering a yes sir I ensured everything is still in my backpack except my lock pickers.

With one last encouraging speech I climbed the slippery ladder, it honestly feels like slime, this is absolutely disgusting.

Once I reached the top I locked my legs around the slippery ladder pole and started picking. Honestly this is my favourite part, the thrill and adrenaline always makes me feel like Pablo Escobar, my hero.

I'm kidding guys, he was a bad bad bad man and we don't stan them.

For the mission I tried to get my hands on the moldable glue but apparently France doesn't have that at all, which means I have to resort to the ancient time consuming way.

After another minute of jiggling the lock snapped open, oh hell yes. Quickly dropping the lock onto the floor I gently lifted the heavy metal lid.

" I'm in" I whispered whilst glancing around the islamic art, no time for viewing Storm get to work, I scolded. My brains right, I have no time to admire.

Tiptoeing towards the section I have to be in I remained on alert for any sound, luckily there's pin drop silence.

" Storm, all 4 guards that stay on night duty are currently blocking all the exits"

Now that makes me happier, with a massive smile I jogged to the Lisa girl I need, here you are. Sighing in content I didn't waste another second.

Grabbing the waterproof holder I gently used my pocket knife to cut her out of the canvas, once that was done I rolled it into a cylinder and placed it in the holder with care.

I fucking did it, I fucking did it. The excitement came over me unexpectedly, I've stolen the Mona Lisa. The ugly woman that's apparently priceless.

"Storm electricity is going to be on in less than 30 seconds get the fuck out."

Oh shit. Quickly looking around I ensured everything was in my bag before I began sprinting, the islamic area isn't too far.

As I reached the side I  quickened my pace, I have less than 10 seconds to get into that hole.

"5"

Make that 5, my heart began to speed up even more. Reaching the lid I immediately pulled it off and slid into it, before I could close it alarms started to go of. Oh god.

"Regarde là-bas!!!"

"Storm get out now"

Pushing the lid fully over myself I ran over to the large metal door and opened it with great difficulty, I was honestly hoping they wouldn't find my exit or entrance but since they've already seen it, its time to drown it. Taking in my last breath of musty air I began pushing my body against the water flow.

"Appelez la police, maintenant!!!"
