Y/n's POV:

"Namjoon?"

He smiled and walked over to sit down next to me.

"Hey Y/n."

I just faked a smile back then looked away.

"Hey, what's wrong? And why did Jimin look so pissed off? Better yet, why was he here?"

I scoffed.

"It's nothing."

He chuckled and punched my shoulder lightly.

"Sure it is. Anyways, Hoseok wanted me to come fetch you. He is throwing a party for our new comeback and wanted you to join."

I looked at him out of the corner of my eye.

"Is Jimin going to be there?"

He raised an eyebrow.

"Well duh...why wouldn't he be? Is that a problem?"

I sighed and shook my head.

"I mean kinda, but it doesn't matter. I have to work anyways..." I lied.

He let out a deep chuckle.

"You don't have a job, remember?"

I mocked being offended and placed a hand on my heart, turning towards him.

"Bold of you to assume that I didn't go out and get one."

He looked surprised.

"You did? Wow."

I squinted.

"Why is that such a surprise for you? I have to make some sort of money in order to live in this apartment now don't I?"

He shrugged.

"I guess you're right. Anyways, are you going to come or not?"

I sighed.

"I really don't want to see Jimin right now..."

He smiled warmly, his cute dimples immediately catching my attention.

Not being able to resist myself, I reached out and poked them.

He looked at me confused.

"Sorry, it was very tempting."

He smiled.

"I get that a lot."

I chuckled.

"Anyways, you don't have to talk to him. Just go for Hoseok's sake. He really wants to see you."

I smiled at the fact that my favorite person wants to see me.

"Am I allowed to go?"

He chuckled again.

"Of course. I wouldn't be here if you weren't now would I?"

I laughed.

"That's true. Okay, I'll go."

He smiled.

"That's good. Hoseok will be happy to hear this."

I glanced at the phone in his hand.

"Are you going to call him?"

He smirked.

"How about we surprise him?"

I also smirked.

"And how are we gonna do that?"

He raised the hand holding his phone.

"I'll call him saying that you can't come, and then you'll show up and he will be surprised!"

I chuckled.

"A simple plan, but I like it."

He smiled.

"Then let's get on with it."
