(Y/n) had felt funny all day, and not in the good kind of way. More like that overwhelming feeling that something life changing is about to happen, whether you want it or not. And (y/n) really wasn't sure why he was feeling like this, everything in his day had started out fine until suddenly he was just starting to feel off and he didn't like it.

What made (y/n) even more anxious what the thought that he was all alone, in such a big space. Usually his home made him feel safe, comforted in what was all his and for a time it felt lonely and horrible but he didn't like to think of those times.

But with this feeling, (y/n) was getting the similar vibes when he didn't like being home. That made him squirm slightly in his bed, gripping tighter to the covers shielding him from the world. Looking at the clock besides him, it was really late. Already the very early morning, sighing he tried to close his eyes hoping that sleep would come to him.

It didn't last long, heart dropping rapidly at the low creaks echoing throughout the silent house. Making (y/n) throw the covers over his head, breaths becoming irrational. His body curling up into its self as best as it could. Was he just being paranoid now? Or was he becoming sleep deprived?

He stayed under the covers for a few solid minutes, before shakely uncovering himself. Sitting up in his bed, chest moving up and down. Ears straining to catch any sort of noise that could be alarming. Finally sliding out of the bed, menally cursing himself for wanting to go investigate.

This stupidity and curiosity was what got people killed in the movies, every single time. Turning the handle to his bedroom door, (y/n) winced at the sound of his bare feet slapping on the cold hard floor. (Y/n) also thought that deciding to walk through his house when there's a possible intruder in here through the dark was a great idea at the moment.

"What the fuck." He mumbled under his breath softly, at the light pouring at from the corner of his living room. (Y/n) instantly knew that it was coming from the lamp he had when he didn't want to have the light on. Still running on adrenaline, he shuffled forward his heart finally did stop.

(E/c) eyes widening in shock, slowly filling with tears. His trembling hands coming up to cup his mouth in order to prevent the sobs and shuddering breaths wanting to come out. This was the last person (y/n) ever wanted to see again for as long as he lived, but he guessed fate had other plans.

Dabi didn't say anything as he sat in front of his ex-lover. Rather taking in the familar yet so foreign sight of him once again for the first time in a year. (Y/n)'s (h/c) hair looked slightly longer than the last time he saw him. Making him wonder is he's either growing it out or if he just hasn't had time to cut it.

But what he could still say was that (y/n) looked more beautiful than the day he left him. His heart throbbing at the thought; the day he completly lost him. The day he heartlessly broke the poor male's heart along with his in the process.

"I just don't get it," (Y/n) chocked out, Dabi's eyebrows furrowing at the words. "When I'm finally getting used to being myself, loving myself. You suddenly appear, making my heart forget everything I desperately tried to learn and grasp onto, just because you're here."

(Y/n) swallowed down the lump in his throat, not making any eye contact with the male across from him as he slowly walked to sit on the seat across from the male. His trembling hands hastily wiping away the tears that had fallen down his face, not wanting to seem more vulnerable than he's already shown by admitting his still obvious feelings for the male.

Both males quietly sat in the one room together surounded by a tense atmosphere and unsaid words. Slowly wrapped around them like a vice grip. One male looking at the the other with such an intense ferocity while the other oh so desperately tried to avoid looking at the others eyes.

"I love you."

"Really, you do? You left me, remember? How could you possibly loved me if you left?"

"I have loved you since the day I met you, the first moment I saw you. And since then what I've felt for you has only gotten worse, these feelings only grew for you. I haven't stopped loving you since the moment I left you, I'm still hopelessly in love with you. My thoughts can't move on without being fucking constantly being drawn back to you."

Dabi's voice finally cracked, "You're my world. Please try to understand."

(Y/n)'s eyes were still focused on his shaking hands in his lap. "How can I possibly try to understand this when I can't even understand myself?"

Before his voice hardened, completely devoid of any sort of emotion, "You're not my world and I'm afraid you never will be.

A tear slowly ran down Dabi's face as he stared at (y/n) who still hadn't made any sort of physical eye contact with them. But from what he could tell from the male's hunched position and shaking shoulders that he was on the verge of crying himself.

Gulping, Dabi began to raise his voice, "I don't believe you. Look me in the eyes and tell me that you don't love me anymore." Pushing himself up from the couch, he slowly walked over to (y/n) who had finally raised his head to look up at him. (E/c) eyes meeting blue.

"I don't love you anymore," (Y/n) softly said.

"Liar." Dabi roughly said, before cupping (y/n)'s cheek. Neither of them making any further movements; (y/n) couldn't help but move his eyes down to Dabi's lips before fluttering back up to those piercing blue eyes. "Do you want to?"

The question startled (y/n) never once hearing the male ask for permission, even when they were seeing each other. "More than anything." He couldn't help but whisper out. Both of them tilting their heads, and ever so softly pressing their lips against each others.

This kiss itself wasn't anything too wild, it was soft and tentive but it wasn't far from passionate. (Y/n) couldn't help but that he had almost forgotten the way Dabi's lips felt against his own or the way their body's pressed against each other so perfectly.

Pulling away both of them gasping for air, as Dabi gently traced (y/n)'s face. Slowly sitting down right besides him and pulling him closer. Cradling the male onto his lap, holding the male tightly. (Y/n) in turn pressing up against Dabi's chest, closing his eyes as he listened to the soothing heartbeat.

They weren't completely fine yet, they still had lots to talk about. Rules and boundaries to be set up before they could finally start a proper relationship without hurting each other again. But for now all (y/n) could think about was that Dabi was his everything, he was everything, and (y/n) had missed everything.
