"Let's go to the Windward Pavilion," Empress Zhou said after sending off Ning Xiaoyao. "The banquet's already been prepared. It's just waiting for all the ladies to arrive."

The various ladies expressed their thanks before following their servants to the empress's palace. Empress Zhou looked at the retreating form of young née Wang amongst the wives in the front.
