where am I?

It's crazy how fast the night changes
One second I'm an ignorant little girl so curious to the world, then the next I find myself wondering why I'm still here

I wanna go back to those nights we had
When the world was so beautiful to us
When the simplest of things caused my heart to swell with wonder and love

Where did that feeling go?
Where did that curious girl go?
I want her back...

I want to feel excited of what could happen next
I want to feel that rush of pure happiness from the smallest of things

I want my time here to be meaningful
I want to live my life with love and excitement
I don't want to be scared anymore

I want that feeling again...
