A Crisp Scent, by Cookie
Yesterday, I smelt a crisp scent in the air,
It filled my heart with warmth and my stomach in despair,
It aroused memories—surroundings of love—
It gave me hope to fly up above
Everything that challenged me, I thought I could bear,
If I had a taste of that crisp scent that I'd smelt in the air,So I turned around, and a forest I see—
Great oaks, willows, life flowing free,
Falling to the ground, grumbling with my stomach,The scent of crisp, burning,
Forest trees
