Moment of a Lifetime

I think one of the most intimate and important moments is when you first say "I love you " to someone. It's more than just using heart emojis or assuming the other person knows. It's having the courage to let the other person know how you feel. It's that happy, on top of the world feeling if they say it back and mean it. It helps bring you two closer and make your relationship stronger. Even if you never say it again, you two will never be the same, for good or bad.

Among the moments of speech, I find that moments of silence can be quiet powerful as well. One of these moments would be the comfort of being in the presence of another person without words. Sometimes a small smile is exchanged, or hands brush against each other. But the importance of these moments aren't the trivial actions. The significance comes from the warmth of being with another person that accepts you and the assurance of their friendship and love besides you.
