In a factory that makes all kinds of toys for children around the world, that the machines creates human dolls and plush animals. Before getting into the Big World, each different kind of toy has their own world for their homes when they get scanned by the scanners if they accepted by a green light in order to make sure that the designs were all just the same. But if they are different by a red light, they all go to the recycle tunnel. There's a female doll who has blonde hair, blue eyes, and wears a pink clothes. She was send to the recycle bin because she looks different than the standard dolls. The reason why is because she does have hair and clothes on already. In the recycle tunnel, there is a town called "UglyVille" for UglyDolls.
The sun started to rise as it lights up the town for the morning, there is a blue dog with one eye named Ugly Dog. He was waking up and running around the town.
"Good morning, Uglyville!" Ugly Dog shouted happily.
"Ugly morning, Ugly Dog. Whoo-hoo! I'm aerodynamically impossible!" Peggy said as he was flying in the air.
At a house, there a pink UglyDoll named Moxy. She was drawing pictures of her with a child in her journal as she starting to sing a song.

For every doll
And a doll for every child
They somehow
Find each other
When destiny has smiled
Who knows just how

The stories seldom say
It could happen any moment

Peggy flies up to Moxy's bedroom window to greet her.
"Yo, wake up, Moxy." Peggy said.
"Morning, Peggy. I've been up for hours. Today could be the day!" Moxy said as she writes on her calendar and continues singing.

Moxy gets to her computer as Ugly Dog comes up to the bedroom window.
"Hey!" Moxy said.
"Hey, Moxy. You're in a good mood." Ugly Dog said.
"That's because today I'm going to..." Moxy said.
"Get chosen and go to the Big World and be with your child. You say that every day." Ugly Dog said as he interrupts.
"I know. But today, I might be right." Moxy said.
Moxy prints out a lot of papers as the newspapers for the town. Both Moxy and Ugly Dog passes out the papers everywhere as Moxy still sings the song.

During the morning, there was a boat race at the water of the town.
"Ice Bat wins!" The announcer shouted and the UglyDolls cheered.
"Ice cream on me!" Ice Bat shouted happily.
The UglyDolls sling shot a big scoop of different flavors of ice cream and landed on Ice Bat. Moxy walks up to a red bat named Lucky Bat and Ox, the green bunny who is the mayor of UglyVille.
"Here you go, Mayor Ox. Hot off the press." Moxy said as she gives Ox the newspaper.
"Thanks, Moxy. Today's the day." Ox said.
"You really think so? When someone gets chosen, do they get picked up by a long stretch dune buggy or something fancy?" Moxy asked.
"I'm talking about the tree planting ceremony." Ox replied.
"Oh..." Moxy said sadly.
A green tree like UglyDoll with sunglasses walks up to Ox and Lucky Bat.
"Mr. Tree, if you would." Lucky Bat said.
Lucky Bat takes pictures for the tree planting ceremony.
"Now, I've told you before. All this business about the so-called Big World and children, those are just stories!" Ox explains to Moxy.
"Everyone says that, but what's the harm in believing?" Moxy asked.
Ox starts to sing the song for his part.
Never mind that
I'll tell you
What the day will bring
First a shindig, then a bash
Then more partying
"But, Ox..." Moxy said.
Ox gets on top of the crowd as he keeps on singing.
Top it all with a rave
Then a ball

Moxy's orange UglyDoll friend named Wage, sees them out of the window of her shop as also sings too.

You'll wanna try
"Hi, Wage!" Moxy said as she waves.
Wages takes out a cake and sings.
It's a brownie-cupcake
Fudge-berry ice-cream pie
Just one bite
Who needs kids, am I right
"Babo!" Wage shouted as she throws the cake.
Babo, an grey UglyDoll eats the cake and paints the windmill and sings along.

And soon
You-know-what is comin'

In a round-hole town

The announcement of the PA for the town interrupts the song for some news.
"Incoming! Incoming!" The announcer shouted.
"Come on, UglyDolls! New arrival! Move your butts! It's going down!" Peggy shouted to the crowd.
