Steve ~ Picked On

Just joining the team a few weeks ago, you were getting picked on by none other than Sam Wilson. You didn't really know anyone that well, just Natasha since you shared a room with her for a few nights. Steve has also been pretty nice, but you hadn't talked to him that much

"So what is it that you do again?" Sam Asked, as Tony finished explaining the mission they were having tomorrow

"I'm a hacker" you said simply, not turning to him as you were focused on your computer

"Like hack off limbs? Chop people up?" He asked with a smirk. Natasha stared at him hatefully, but didn't say anything

"I hack computers" you typed fast into your computer, trying to hack into the buildings main frame (I don't know anything about hacking so if you don't understand anything I don't really either)

"How's that going to help us?" he leaned back on his chair thinking he was so smart, and you tried to refrain from smiling. You finally bypassed the security codes and got the video you were looking for, right from Sams phone.

You looked over at Steve and he had an apologetic look on his face. You gave him a small smile and got back to work. He had been so nice to you ever since you joined, and you were starting to get feelings for him.

"Well for one I'll hack the security cameras and put up false videos so no one sees you sneaking around" you explained to Sam, moving on to the second part of your plan "and for another, I can do this"

A video of Sam in his pajamas came up on the huge screen in the room. He had his hairbrush in his hands and he was singing his heart out

"Tell me What you want what you really really want!"

" I'll tell you what I want what I really really want!"

The video played on, and everyone watched trying not to laugh. Sam stood up in shock with a horrified look on his face

"H-how did you..?" He stared at you, and you gave him a smug smirk. Then he came running to the computer

"Turn it off! How do you turn it off?" He pressed all the buttons on the computer until the video was finally off the screen. By then, everyone was dying of laughter.

"You are so dead (y/l/n)" he said through gritted teeth.

"Please don't kill me! I'll do anything you want, what you really really want!" you said sarcastically, causing everyone to laugh again. You grabbed your laptop and left the room, leaving Sam red faced.

As you got to the hallway you heard footsteps behind you. You turned around and saw Steve walking up to you

"H-hey Cap. Um sorry about that I'll make sure I apologize to him" you flustered, not meeting his eyes

"You don't need to be sorry that was hilarious! I don't think I've ever seen Sam look so embarassed. He's probably plotting revenge you know so be careful" he laughed, and you looked at him. His beautiful blue eyes made you smile

"Thanks for the heads up" you said, standing on your heels

"Well um I just came here to.. Well I was wondering since everyone has been giving you a hard time if you maybe wanted to go get lunch or something" he scratched the back of his neck and wouldn't meet your gaze

Was Captain America asking you out?

You looked behind him and caught Natasha looking at the both of you, but she quickly turned away pretending she wasn't looking at all

"I'd love that Steve." You smiled at him, hugging your laptop. He released a breath and smiled back at you.

"Great! I'll see you downstairs in 10?"

"I'll be there" you left your laptop in your room and rushed downstairs, where you found Steve turning on his motorcycle

"We're going on that?" You asked, a little scared

"It's completely safe I promise" he assured you, and you got on behind him. You wrapped your arms around his waist and he took you to a wonderful dinner. It was the best day you'd had ever since joining the team.
