Everyone ~ Real

Usual Sunday night, Pj's, popcorn and of course, watching as many marvel movies as you could before falling asleep. Tonight, you had decided to re-watch The Avengers. Amazing, as always, and you found yourself wishing the avengers were real. what if they showed up at your door like, right now? that would be awesome. You didn't know if you would laugh or cry. Probably both.

Soon you fell asleep as the hulk was throwing Loki around, into superhero filled dreams.

"Good job at practice today (y/n)" Steve said, wiping his forehead with a towel before he sat down, out of breath.

"You weren't too bad yourself Cap," you said, taking a long sip of water before heading upstairs to make dinner.

"Whatcha makin?" Tony asked, peeking over your shoulder as you cooked the burritos.

"Bean burritos with veggies." You said, "could you be a dear and set the table?" You gave tony your best puppy dog eyes before he sighed and reluctantly helped you set the table

"Smells good in here," Thor said, sitting down at the table and licking his lips

"Burritos!" Clint rushed you get his serving and sat down next to Tasha, who was happily eating her burrito

"(Y/n) this is delicious," she said in between bites, which made you smile

"About time!" Tony said sarcastically, as Steve got his serving and he got his.

"I wouldn't be so thrilled tony. Tomorrow it's your turn to make dinner" you reminded him, and a chorus of groans rang across the table

"Oh come on. I don't cook that bad. Right Steve?" Tony asked, catching Steve off guard. Steve nodded, gave him a thumbs up and continues biting into his burrito

"(Y/n) should make dinner everyday" Clint said with a mouth full.

"Oh could you (y/n)? You're an amazing cook"

"Please (y/n)"

"Yeah (y/n) please!"

"(Y/n)!"

"(Y/N)!"

Your eyes opened to light all around your room. Where you even still on your room? your bed felt... softer. And bigger. Your eyes adjusted to the light and focused on bright blue eyes that seemed to be staring down at you. You realized it was a face. Captain America's face. You scrambled to sit up and noticed all the familiar faces in the room. It was them. All the avengers surrounded your bed, staring right at you.

"Ah! You're awake, good," Tony said, walking over next to Steve, "help us out will you? You see we kind of have a bet on which of us is your favorite. I mean it's obviously me so if you could just confirm that-"

"Don't be too cocky Stark. She has a picture of me on her phone," Natasha said, crossing her arms across her chest

"But she wrote a Thor x Reader about me," Thor said, stepping forward and revealing his luxurious hair. You could've sworn there was wind that blew back Thor's hair like a shampoo commercial, but all the windows where closed.

"w-where am I?" You managed to say, though your voice was wobbly and you were about 70% sure you were still dreaming. But you felt awake. It was so so weird, but so so amazing

"yes, hi welcome to the avengers facility- so back to what we were talking about I'm clearly your favorite right?" Clint asked, making puppy dog eyes at you

"She has a poster of me on her wall, remember guys?" Steve said, then looking at you and giving you a $1000 smile.

"C'mon guys. She's even wearing a Stark Industries shirt!"

"She has my hammer on her keychain!"

"She's wearing an arrow necklace. I shoot arrows!"

"Guys,"

"she wrote 2 Steve x readers!"

"guys.."

"She has those green foam fists in her room!"

"GUYS!" Natasha yelled, finally getting the whole room to shut up

"I thinks she fainted,"

lil short one for y'all. I dunno seemed like a good idea. Anyways hope y'all are having a good week even tho we're all stuck at home which sucks I know but you can spend 3 days without showering and no one would know right?
