The next morning, Charming was interviewing Horace but he did not tell Charming anything. Snow White found her husband. "You have been here all night, Charming. Have you heard about Emma?"
"Yes." He hugs his wife.
Snow White knew something was wrong. "Charming, what is wrong with our daughter?"
"The internal bleeding was caused by the car crash and..Emma had a miscarriage."
"No not another one? Why you did not call me?"
"We found out who tried to hurt our daughter."
"Who?"
"Horace, one of Cruella's henchmen. I have not been able to get one word out of him."
"You need Killian's help."
"Emma needs him."
"I can stay with her...Granny is watching Leo."
"Snow..."
"We almost lost our daughter, I am not going to fight with her anymore about Leo. I realized our last my last fight to her and what I said to her...I could not imagine that to be my last words to our daughter..if she died. This is my wake up call, I am not going to argue with her about Leo ever again. He will get the help he needs and I can be with our daughter who needs me now more than ever." They went to Emma's hospital room, Charming enters first seeing Emma and Killian awake with Henry and Hope fast asleep on the same bed. "Emma."
"Dad."
Charming hugs his daughter. "How are you feeling now?"
"I am still in pain. You have been here all night?"
"Yes, the truck driver was named Horace, he was drunk driving. He broke his legs and arms."
"Is he arrested?"
"Yes, he is and is also chained to his hospital bed."
"I want to be there when you or Killian interview him."
"Emma, I can do it."
"Dad. I still am sheriff. I can see if he is telling the truth or not." Hope began to cry. "Hopey, Mommy is here. Are you hungry?" Emma nurses Hope. "I am still on blood transfusion."
"Love, you just had surgery, you need to rest. Are you sure you are able to?"
"Killian, I need to know if this was an accident or intentionally to me...you can push me in a wheelchair and I have the blood transplant in the IV bag. I need to know because he almost killed myself and our children." Hope gripped her Mommy. "Baby, I am okay." She kisses Hope on the head. "Love, I will push you in the wheelchair. I do not want you to get hurt."
"I am not going to get hurt knowing you are going to keep me safe."
"Aye, you know I always will do that." They kiss. Henry wakes up.
"Mom, are you okay?"
"I am still in pain but I have to watch an interview, the one who tried to run us over, he is in recovery."
"Horace Sr.?"
"Yes, Henry."
"Mom, I can watch Hope."
"Thanks, kid. Your Dad is going to make sure I won't get hurt."
"I know, he always cares for the three of us." Emma burps Hope who was gripping her when she was finished. Hope began to cry. "Mommy..."
"Baby girl...why are you crying? You want to stay with Mommy?" She kisses Hope on the head.
"Swan, she knows something is wrong with you. She missed you most of yesterday while you were in surgery."
"Hope, Mommy is in pain but I am going to feel better soon. Your hugs are making me happy, sweetie." She kisses Hope on the head. "Mommy has to make sure the man who tried to hurt us go to prison." Emma hands over Hope to Henry, Hope screamed so Emma held onto Hope.
"Mom, Hope clearly wants to stay with you."
Emma smiles. "Kid, can you come with us? If Hope wants to..."
"Mom, I can watch Hope. We can walk around if she gets fussy."
"Thanks, kid." Killian helps his wife into her wheelchair and Henry puts Hope on their Mom's lap and pushes them into the hallway.
"Dada."
"Yes, sweetie. Dada is pushing us in the wheelchair." When they arrived, Mulan was guarding the room. "Emma, I heard what happened. Are you..." Charming went into Horace's room.
"I am fine Mulan. I am in a lot of pain. I want to get that man in prison who threatened to hurt my children and me." Hope babbled and tugs her Mommy's hair. "Hopey. Mommy has to listen to the man's confession then we can play and snuggle." Hope fusses.
"Mom, I got Hope." Henry takes Hope from their Mom. "Hope, we can walk around little sis. Mom, we will be close by." Hope wobbly walks ahead. "Hope." He chases after his sister and let her hold his hand and they walked together. Killian puts his hand on his swan, "Are you, ready love?"
"Yes." They kiss. Killian enters the hospital room, "Horace, why were you drunk driving?"
"I was not drunk driving."
"Oh, really? Then why your blood tests say he was high on alcohol. I am a pirate, I can tell when someone is drunk, especially while driving. Now tell me, why did you try to kill my family?" He pulled Horace's neck, "Tell me...Or, I will stab you in the neck with my hook until you bleed or Regina..." Regina shows flames. "She will burn you to smithereens. You harmed the sheriff, her family, and Regina's family. Start talking..."
"Okay...okay..."
"Now tell me, why did you try to run over the sheriff and my family?"
"I was visiting my son Horace jr. in juvenile hall, ever since the sheriff put him there over a year ago..."
"So you tried to kill my family on purpose?"
"Yes, I wanted revenge on the savior for putting my son in prison but it was not my idea...to run down the savior over.."
"Who idea was it?" Horace did not answer.
Regina was mad. "Tell us who told you to hurt my son and the savior & sheriff of the town..." She uses her magic to use a flame appear on her hand. "Answer Killian's question now..."
"Who idea was it for you to hurt my family?"
"Zelena...Zelena and Captain Blackbeard they both hate you and the savior and want to get revenge ..."
Killian was mad. "Is Zelena running the group?"
"Mostly at you and Emma, but it is just... Captain Blackbeard and she are working together."
"How did you talk to Zelena and Captain Blackbeard?"
" I was walking past the prison when the prisoners had their time outside on the women's time. I saw Zelena and she called my name. She told me if I want to see my son more, she had a way to see him and she knew that I hated the savior. So I listened to her...a a few days later, I got a letter from her and Captain Blackbeard with my orders to get drunk and drive the truck into town..."
"Where did you get the truck?"
"I stole it."
"Do you still have the letter of proof that my sister wrote to you?'
"Yes, it came with two letters from Zelena and one from Captain Blackbeard with my orders and how much they hate the savior and Hook."
"Where is the letter?"
"In my house at my kitchen table."
Killian was mad. "You are never going to see your son ever again." Emma was mad hearing all of this man was telling the truth, she got up and went into the room, "Emma!" Charming holds his daughter from getting to Horace and takes her outside knowing she is in recovery and put her in the wheelchair. "He killed my baby and he worked for our enemies."
"Emma, we are going to put this man in prison."
"He killed my baby...he killed my baby..." Emma began hysterically crying into her father, as Mulan distracted Henry and Hope. Charming hugs his daughter. "Charming, Emma told me that Horace is telling me the truth. I can update you both if she needs..."
"I will take her up to her room. This is too much for her." Charming pushes Emma in her wheelchair back to her room. Snow White saw how bad Emma was hysterically crying in her hospital room with Charming holding onto her on his lap. "Emma?"
"He killed my baby..."
"Charming, she needs her Mom." Snow White joins Emma on the bed.
"Emma." She softly spoke to her daughter. "I am not fighting you with any more. I am here, Emma for you."
"Mom." She lies on her Mom's lap, Snow White hugs her back.
"I am right here. Mom is right here." She rubs her daughter's back.
"I had a baby Mom...a very small...baby...Horace killed my baby..."
"He is going to prison, Emma." Emma just cried more.
"Snow, there is something going on in the prison..."
"Mom..."
"Yes, sweetheart?"
"Please stay."
"I am staying right here next to you. I am not going anywhere." She hugs her daughter and looks up at her husband. "Get the asshole who hurt our daughter and grandchildren into prison and figure out what is going on in the prison."
"I am on it." He just happy to see his wife being a mother to their daughter again. Charming returns, to Mulan who was playing with Hope showing his granddaughter her sword. "Gramps, how is Mom?"
"Not good, Henry. She is still grieving..." Killian and Regina walk out of the hospital room.
"Dad, what did you find out from Horace?"
"Lad..."
"Dad, tell me the truth."
"Horace told us that Zelena and Blackbeard teamed against us heros..they told him to hurt us..."
"Why? Horace. I know about Zelena."
"He wanted revenge from his son in juvenile hall..."
"It is my fault...my fault...my fault that Mom lost the baby..." Henry began to cry. Regina hugs her son. "Henry, it is not your fault. It is not your fault, Henry. It is Zelena's fault."
"Are you going to..to do something to Zelena, Mom? She hurt my other mom."
"Yes, Henry, I am going to talk to Zelena. She and Blackbeard are going to be in more trouble in prison, I promise." Henry hugs his Mom. They hear Hope crying. Killian gets his daughter. "Little love, Dada is here. I see you got a boo-boo." He kisses Hope finger.
"Kilian, she got hurt from the sword, she touched the edge of the sword." Hope cried more. "Mulan, you can take Horace to the station. Charming, you and Regina get Zelena and Blackbeard into separate cells and interrogate them. They hurt my family." Hope hugs her Daddy. "The bad people who hurt Mommy is going to get punished, Hope."
"Mommy."
"Yes, little love. I know you want your Mommy."
"Killian, I took Emma back to her room, she knew Horace was telling the truth, it was too much for her."
"Aye, I know. Hope, we are going back to Mommy's room." Regina hugs Henry. "I will make sure Zelena gets a punishment she deserves."
"I know." Henry hugs his Mom. "Dad, Mom knows?"
"Yes, lad. She took the interrogation pretty hard."
"We are going to help Mom feel better."
"Yes, Henry. I know you and Hope will help get your Mom feel better." Hope cried more.
Back in Emma's hospital room, "I am a horrible mother."
"Emma, you are an amazing mother to Henry and Hope."
"Not to the two babies that I lost..."
"Emma, it is not your fault. You are a kind, caring mother who always protects your children and honest with them. You are a great mom, Emma. I know you and Killian will have another child someday."
"Killian and I are planning to have the next baby when Hope is in pre-school. One baby in the household is a handful."
"I totally understand."
"Trust me, Hope is a little pirate and loves to discover. She takes after her Dad."
"Hope takes after her Mom, too."
Emma smiles. "She takes after you and me."
"Emma, I am so sorry about all of the fights about Leo. I am done with arguing and going to accept Leo."
"What changed your mind?'
"I almost lost you, my only daughter, who woke me up finally. It made me realize all that I have done to you, Henry and Hope, I have been awful to you all. I do not want to argue with you anymore. You are my only daughter. I truly am sorry, Emma for all I have done to you and to your family. Do you forgive me? I know you do not trust me, I want to start over."
Emma hugs her Mom. "You are here with me now when I need you the most, my mom. Thank you for being here." They hear Hope crying, Killian brought Hope into the room. "Mommy."Henry was still crying.
"Henry."
"Mom." He hugs his Mom.
"Henry, I am right here." She hugs her son. "Killian, what happened?"
"Hope, we are with Mommy, little love. She will hug you after she hugs Henry. I told him what Horace Sr. told us in his interrogation. "
"Mom, it is my fault...if I did not report Horace...the baby..."
"No, Henry, it is not your fault..it is not your fault." Emma was in tears.
"I am so sorry Mom."
"Henry look at me..."Henry looks up. "This is not your fault, Henry. It is Zelena and Blackbeard's fault, they ordered Horace to do what he had done... You are not the blame. I do not blame you my son for anything. You are my brave, strong and talented son who loves his whole family. You and Hope are my two children." Henry hugs his Mom.
"I love you, Mom."
"I love you too, Henry." She kisses him on the head. Hope cried more.
"Hopey. Come to Mommy baby girl." Killian put Hope in her arms.
"You are joining our hug little sis."
Emma notices Hope's cut. "Hopey, you got a boo-boo?" She kisses Hope's finger and hugs her. "Mommy is going to make you feel better, baby girl."
"Mulan was showing Hope her sword and she got cut by the edge of the sword."
"Killian, there is a first aid kit in her diaper bag, can you get me a band-aid?"
"Yes, love." Killian gives Emma the band-aid. Emma wraps the band-aid on Hope's cut. "There you go, baby girl." She kisses Hope's finger. "Your boo-boo is going to be better soon." Hope hugs her Mommy and babbled. "We can snuggle together with Henry."
"Henwy."
"I am right here, little sis. " Henry hugs his Mom.
Snow White places her hand on her daughter's shoulder. "You are a great mother, Emma. I am learning to be a better parent from you."
"Thanks, Mom." Emma smiles, which made Killian and Henry both smile knowing their family feud slowly getting broken. Henry helps his Mom lie down and Hope and Henry giving her hugs. "Killian, take care of my daughter."
"I always will, Snow. Thanks for being here with her."
"Your welcome. Emma needed me. If you need me to come over, just me not Leo, I can help. Call me."
"I will, Snow." Snow White leaves the room. Allison enters the room, "How is my best friend?"
"Hi, Allison. I am still in a lot of pain and getting hugs from these two." Hope babbled.
Allison examines Emma. "Emma, I got to give you another blood transfusion. You can go home tomorrow morning."
"How long will I be in recovery?"
"A few weeks. You went through a big surgery, your uterus had to be fixed. You need time to recover."
"Mom, Dad and I will help you." Hope babbled. "Hope will help you to Mom."
"I know." She kisses Henry on the head. Allison gets Emma's blood transfusion ready and about to put the needle in Emma's arm. Hope crawls to her Mommy's arm and places her hands there."No."
Allison smiles. "Hope, your Mommy's needs the blood transfusion to get better." Hope gripped her Mommy's arm. Hope babbled. Emma was in aww her daughter was her mini-me. "Hope, are you protecting mommy from the needle?" Hope babbled. "You are doing a good job, baby girl."
Henry was smiling. "Mom, she is protecting you, she doesn't want you to get hurt. Just like you protect her."
Emma smiling."Yes, Hope takes after her Mommy." Hope would not move and held onto her Mommy's arm."Baby girl, how about you sit next to me while I get the shot. I do need your hugs."
"Little love, I know you are protecting Mommy but your Mommy needs the shot, Hope."
Killian puts Hope next to her Mommy who was crying. "Hope, you are protecting Mommy, my little duck. I need the shot, sweetie. You can give me a hug while I get the shot." Hope hugs her Mommy. Allison gave Emma her blood transfusion.
"Emma, Hope really wanted to protect you."
"I know, she knows that I protect her and she will protect me." Hope stands up and gave her Mommy a hug. "Hopey." Emma smiled. "We can snuggle, just you and me." She gave Hope kisses.
"Henry and I will go home to pack your overnight bag."
"Hope and I will be right here." Hope babbled.
"Little love, you are being such a good little pirate princess for Mommy." He gave Hope kisses. "Love, what do you need from home?"
"Clothes, brush, my iPhone charger, and bathroom supplies."
"I will get that and for Hope more clothes and diapers."
"Killian, I am going to keep them company while you two are gone."
"Thanks, Allison." Killian and Henry leave the hospital. "Hope, are you giving your Mommy snuggles?" Hope babbled. "You are making your Mommy very happy."
"Mommy."
"Hopey, you are making me so happy, baby girl. I love you." Hope babbled.
"Emma, if you need to talk, I am a good listener."
"Trust me, I feel awful...how could I not know that I was pregnant?..." She hugs Hope tighter.
"There is no way of you knowing that you were pregnant."
"Does that makes me a bad Mom of not knowing?" Emma began to cry.
"Oh, Emma." Allison hugs her best friend, with Hope in the middle. "Emma, you are an amazing mother to Henry and hope. You are a natural mother with Hope, and I know you always know when to bring her or henry in when they are sick, caring for them and hugging them and protect them when they need you. You are a great mother, Emma. Don't ever forget that." Hope babbles. "Yes, Hope, you agree with me about your Mommy." Hope babbled loudly.
"Hope, you want to snuggle and girl talk?" Hope babbled and began to cry. "Are you hungry? I know, you are hungry baby girl." Red comes in with a basket.
"Hi, Emma. I brought you all lunch."
"Just in time, Ruby. Hope is hungry."
"Killian told me to deliver your order here."
"Thanks, Ruby." Hope babbled. "Here you go baby girl." Hope eats her cut-up pancakes. Hope babbled. "Good job, baby girl. You are eating your pancakes. Ruby, Hope says thank you."
Ruby chuckles, "You are very welcome, Hope."
"Emma, I will come back later." Allison leaves the room.
Emma makes sure Hope eats her food. "Ruby, how is it in town?"
"The town is still crazy, the construction workers are mostly fixing the barbershop building which mostly collapsed since we got the truck out of the barbershop. The streets are still crazy with streets due to the construction."
"The barbershop building collapsed?"
"Yes, Regina is working on the building." Hope babbled.
"Hopey, are you full?" Hope babbled and hugs her Mommy. "We can snuggle, baby girl."
"Emma, I will come by later with your family dinner."
"Thanks, Ruby."
"Also your yellow bug is in the repair shop, Ava and Nicholas's Dad is fixing your car."
"Thanks, Ruby." Hope pats her Mommy's face. "You want me to sing to you?" Hope babbled. "You are my sunshine, my only sunshine, You make me happy when skies are grey, You'll never know, dear, how much I love you, please don't take my sunshine away." Red looks at Emma happily seeing her being an amazing mother to Hope. Killian and Henry walked home and packed for their family overnight bags. Henry packed his backpack for his art supplies and his book and his iPad for videos for Hope. He checks on his Dad and hugs him. "Dad, how are you holding up?"
"I feel bloody awful about your Mom's miscarriage...and almost losing you, your Mom and Hope..." Killian began to cry. Henry hugs his Dad. "I thought I was going to lose my whole family..."
"Dad, we are alive. Mom is in recovery and she is alive. You and Mom are both survivors, Hope and I both take after you and Mom. You and Mom always telling me and Hope that our family stick together for the good and bad times and be there for each other." Killian hugs his son.
"That is right, Henry. That what our family does." Killian gets a phone call. "Charming?"
"Hi, Killian. We need your help with Blackbeard and Zelena."
"I will come soon, I have to drop Henry back at the hospital." THey hand up. "Lad.."
"Dad, what is going on?"
"Your grandpa and Regina need my help, interrogating Zelena and Blackbeard."
"I will be with Mom and Hope." He hugs his Dad. "Dad, promise me that you will get them punished. They intentionally tried to kill us and they hurt the baby..." He began to cry. "We almost lost Mom."
Killian hugs his son. "Mom is alive. You know her by now that she is a survivor just like me."
"That is why you and Mom are true love, you both are survivors and fighters." Killian smiles, "That is right son."
"You are going to get the man in prison for trying to Mom, Hope and I?"
"Yes, I am, Henry. No one hurts my family and gets away from it. He needs to be punished."Killian dropped off Henry at the hospital and he drove to the prison. Henry returns to his Mom's hospital room, Hope was fast asleep on their Mom. "Mom, I brought our overnight bags."
"Thanks, kid. Where is your Dad?"
"Dad got called by Gramps he is needed at the prison."
"How about when I return home tomorrow we have a family movie night?"
"Yes with pizza and popcorn?"
"Yes, kid. There is a new movie coming out, Batman: Hush, my favorite character is Cat Woman."
"Catwoman? Good choice. I have a few comics on her that I can loan you."
"I can read them."
"We are going to watch the movie first right?"
Emma smiles, "Yes, Henry."
" We can show Hope DC."
"Yes, kid we can. We are teaching her young." Henry hugs his Mom. "Join us." She moves over to make room for Henry. Henry hugs his Mom. "Mom?"
"Yes?"
"Can we snuggle more at home, the three of us?"
"Yes, I have a feeling we are going to do that a lot. I am going to need your help."
"I know, I am going to help you when you need me."
"Thanks, kid." Hope moves in her sleep. They napped together. Killian arrives at the prison and finds Regina and Charming in front of the two interrogation rooms. "Charming, what can I do to help?"
"You can talk to Blackbeard. He is not answering to us."
"He is my enemy. He hurt my family... I will get him to talk." Regina hands him the letter in an evidence bag. "Lily found this in Horace's house."
"Aye, I will use this for proof." Killian enters the room, seeing his enemy in prison uniform. "Well, if it isn't Captain Hook."
"Aye, Blackbeard." He sits down. "How's prison life treating you?"
"No control over my life, police telling me what to do all the time. It is bloody awful."
"Tell me who you talk to in this place?"
"No one."
"Oh really? What about Zelena?"
"Zelena...she sounds familiar...."
"I know you and talk. So tell me the bloody truth on your plot against my family, now."
"Or what else arrest me?"
Killian pulled his enemy's collar, "My family was threatened by a man that you and Zelena put to hurt them. I know you were working with Zelena to hurt my family now tell me the truth. "
"What do I get in this deal? Hook."
"If you do tell me the truth you will able to go out still and still have daylight. If you do not tell me the truth you will be in an isolated room with only four walls and silence no more fresh air for the rest of your life."
"Isolated is bad?"
"Aye, very bad, no more socializing with anyone just you alone in that room with padding and no window or anything to do."
"Alright Hook, I will talk." They sit down.
"Now, tell me what did you talk about Zelena. What was her plan?"
"Zelena hates your lass, the savior. Zelena was so mad after she returned to prison when she kidnapped your little lass. I told her about when I kidnapped your little lass. She hates your wife so much and I hate you. She decided to get your revenge on your wife. I noticed the man...the one worked for Cruella passing by the workout area a few times a week. I asked Zelena who he was and she explained that he was Cruella's former henchman and she got the idea of how to get revenge on your wife. She called him over between the two gates, between lad and lasses, and she asked him if he knows the savior and he told him how his lad got into juvenile hall. He was mad of course, Zelena told him how he can get revenge on the savior since she wanted payback on your wife for getting her into prison again and away from her lass."
"How are you involved?"
"I gave him the idea of driving the truck to run over your family..." Killian was furious at what his enemy caused his wife and baby. He knocks his enemy down to the ground and screams. "You asshole!!" He punches him in the face. Charming comes running in with a security guard and pulls off Killian off of Blackbeard. "You are never going to get out!!" They carried him out, seeing Blackbeard smirk. Regina goes to Charming. "Charming, I am going to work with the prison with Zelena and Blackbeard."
He nods and found an empty room to talk to his son in law. "Killian, he is staying in prison."
"He hurt my family, especially Emma. He hurt our baby."
"I know. He is going to be charged with murder."
"He is going to be in isolation room."
"Yes, Killian. Now we know what happened, Zelena and Blackbeard are going isolation rooms..."
"What about the security guards? You know from last time, Zelena escaped. The ones supposed to watch Zelena 24/7."
"I am going to make sure to have the dwarves help to keep tight security of Zelena and Blackbeard in their new isolated rooms on separate floors."
"He killed my baby...Emma..." Charming hugs him as he cried.
"I know you and Emma will have another chance of having another baby. You two are amazing parents to Henry and Hope. You are the man who will never leave my daughter and always be at her side when she needs you. I know you two are going to get through this rough patch."
"Aye, we have been through hell and back. From the first...Emma got through it with Henry, and I and focusing on parenting Hope."
"I know you all will get through this together. If you need help you can call me or Snow to come."
"Aye, I think Emma and Snow are getting close again?"
"I am hoping it happens, we have to wait and see."
"Aye, Emma's trust, it will take time but what I saw today, I know they are on the road of mother and daughter relationship is getting back to normal."
"That what I saw this morning. As long as Leo is not around my two princesses, no issues." Regina found them, "Killian? Are you okay?"
"Aye, better now."
"Can you watch me talk to Zelena?"
"Aye, I can talk to her." Killian gets a phone call from Henry. "Hi, Henry."
"Dad, we need you at the hospital. Mom."
"Another surgery?"
"No, Mom needs you."
"I am coming back." They ended their conversation. "Emma needs me."
"Killian, I can get her into an isolation room."
"Just make sure she has security guards around her."
"I will, my sister is going to get the punishment that she deserves."
"Killian, the dwarves are coming to watch them in their new private cells." Killian left the prison to go be with his family.
In Emma's hospital room, Emma woke up to Hope's crying. "Hopey." She felt Hope's diaper, "Mommy will change you." She put Hope on her bed and got her diaper bag. While Emma was changing Hope's diaper, she was in pain because of the blood transfusion needle was hurting her. Hope yanked on the IV tube which broke the bag and blood was splattered onto the bed and Hope as the needle fell out of Emma's arm, "Ouch! That hurt! Hope!" Hope was crying, Emma was in pain. Henry comes returns to the room seeing his Mom in pain and Hope covered with blood. "Hope." Henry scoops Hope into his arms. "Little sis, did you break Mommy's blood transfusion?" Hope was crying "Mom, I got Hope. I will clean her up, in the bathroom."
"Thanks, Henry." Henty takes Hope to the bathroom. "Hope, Mommy is not mad at you. I know she seems mad but she is in pain because of the car accident. She got hurt, Hope. Mommy had a baby in her belly, that died in the car accident." hope babbled. "Yes, Mommy is very sad that she lost another baby, that is why she is sad and mad but she is not mad at you. Our job is to make Mommy happy."
"Mommy."
"That is right, Hope. She helps us and we help her. Can I have a hug?" hope hugs her brother. "You give the best hugs, little sis." Hope babbled. "I love you, too." He gave Hope kisses and cleans his sister up.
Allison enters the room seeing Emma covered with blood and crying, "Emma, I am going to get you another blood transfusion." Nurses mopped the hospital room floor and changed Emma's bedsheets. Emma felt awful yelling at Hope and she was in pain that the needle came out of her arm. Allison gives Emma another blood transfusion. "Emma.."
"I am in pain...I was changing Hope's diaper and she pulled on the tube part of the IV which hurt my arm...and I yelled at Hope..."
"Emma, you are in recovery and you did not expect Hope to pull the IV tube out."
"She has a strong grip."
"How about I take Henry and Hope home, I know you need a break."
"Thanks. They need a break here and I just want to sleep."
"You need to rest. I can watch my niece and nephew." They hug. Allison checks on Henry and Hope. "Henry, I can help clean up Hope."
"It is hard to come off." Hope gripped onto her brother. "Hope, you got yourself into a messy situation." Hope babbled. "Mommy is not mad at you, little sis. She can never be mad at you." Hope hugs her brother.
"We can clean Hope at your house. She needs a bubble bath. Your Mom needs to rest." Allison gathered their bags.
"Emma, I am going to bring Henry and Hope home, she needs a very needed bubble bath."
"Thanks, Allison." They went out of the room, Killian finds his two kids. "Henry, what happened?"
"Dada." Killian holds his daughter.
"Hope, why are you covered in blood?" Hope cried more.
"Dad, Mom was changing her diaper and she yanked the blood transfusion bag and which dropped and landed by her and Mom."
"Little love, I know you feel bad for breaking Mommy's IV bag but I know she is not mad at you." Hope dug her face into her Daddy's chest. "Dada is here. Dada knows you were just being your little pirate self." He gave Hope kisses on her head until Hope stopped crying.
"Dad, Mom was mad or upset or both, she is in pain."
"Killian, I can take Henry and Hope home? Emma needs rest."
"Aye, Emma needs to rest. Hope, be a good little lass to Auntie Allison and Henry. Lad, I am pretty sure Mom needs quiet time."
"I have a feeling that you will help her." Killian gave Allison the keys to their family car. Henry carries Hope and followed Allison. Killian returns to his room and finds his wife crying in her bed. "Emma."
"Killian?"
He hugs his wife. "I am right here, Emma. Allison took Henry and Hope home, to give Hope her bath." Emma continued to cry. "I am in pain...I yelled at Hope..."
"Emma, it is not your fault that Hope tugged on your IV bag."
"I just feel awful..."
"I know that you are in pain and tired. I am here, you can rest love."
"Please stay."
"I am not going anywhere, Emma." Emma felt safe in Killian's arms and fell asleep. "I am not going anywhere, I am staying here with you." He watched his true love sleep in his arms. Allison brought Henry and Hope home. Allison runs Hope a bubble bath while Henry undresses Hope."Little sis, you are going to feel better after your bubble bath." Hope hugs her brother. "I am right here, little sis." Henry and Allison bathed Hope. Hope babbled. "You love getting wet little sis." Hope splashes Henry. "Hey..." Hope laughs. Henry tickles Hope to make her laugh more. After Hope's bath, Henry and Hope play in her room while Allison cooked them dinner. Hope crawls onto her brother, "Hope, you and your tackles." Hope babbles. He lifts her up and down and flew her around her room. Hope babbled. "What is it, little sis?" Hope reaches out to her wall of their parent's beanstalk adventure. "You want the story of Mommy and Daddy's beanstalk adventure?" Hope smiles. He sits with Hope on the rocking chair, "Once upon a time, the lost princess met the pirate..."
Allison was cooking dinner for herself and Henry, she can hear Henry and Hope playing upstairs, she received texts from nurses who were keeping an eye on Emma, so far no issues. "Henry! Hope! Dinner is ready." She sets the table as Henry carried Hope downstairs and sits her in her high chair. Allison made mash potatoes, broccoli, and chicken. Henry cut up the chicken and broccoli for his sister and set it on her high chair. Hope was playing with her food. "Hope, you have to eat, little niece. Allison spoonfeed Hope her dinner. "This is really good, Aunt Allison."
"Thank you, Henry. I think your sister likes it."
"I think so or she will tell you if she doesn't." After dinner, Henry and Allison played with Hope in the living room until Hope began to cry. Allison scoops Hope into her arms. "Hope, you want to see your Mommy and Daddy?" Hope cried more. "We can go see them. I have to check on your Mommy." Allison drove Henry and Hope back to the hospital. Henry carried Hope inside, "We are going to see Mommy, little sis."
In Emma's hospital room, Killian was wide awake thinking about what Zelena and Blackbeard plotted out to hurt his family, he wants to tell his wife but after what she has been through the last 24 hours, he did not want to hurt her anymore now. He loved how his swan slept in his arms. Henry carries Hope into their Mom's hospital room who was fast asleep. "Hi, Dad. How is Mom?"
"She is fast asleep."
"So is Hope. She fell asleep when Aunt Allison drove us here. We gave her a very needed bubble bath. Hope and I played in her room and Aunt Allison made us dinner and played more before we came back here."
"I know Hope had so much fun with you."
"Yes,she did. I told her you and Mom's beanstalk adventure, she reached out at her wall of the beanstalk painting." Killian smiles. Allison enters the room and checks on Emma.
"Her blood is getting back to normal."
"She has been sleeping."
"She is going to need rest when she is recovering at home."
"How much pain will she be in?"
"Her uterus was torn so Dr. Claire and I worked together to fix it and the miscarriage...she is going to be in pain for a while until she gets back to normal."
"Aye, I will help her and take things slow. Emma needs me, I am not going anywhere."
