Exercise is one of the most important things to remember when trying to gain weight.
Muscle is heavier than fat, and is also much better for your body.
My suggestion is to try and exercise more frequently 😄
Another thing you can do is to try and eat more nutritious foods such as;
· Cheese, Yoghurt and Milk (dairy)
· Avocados
· Rice
· Homade Healthy Smoothies
· Potatoes and Starches
· Nuts and Dried Fruit
·Red Meats
· Milk (calcium)
