Hiii! I would like you to take into consideration the matter below.

Confidence, by definition, means, the belief that one can rely on someone. I once heard a saying that "ever loved someone that you would do anything for them? Well, make that someone yourself and do anything."The same thing can apply here. While self-love and self-confidence are two different things, they can both be connected. Well, let's leave this topic now and discuss what you all are here for. How to boost your confidence?

1. Visualize:

What you believe, you can achieve. If you want to achieve something, you need to believe yourself, your soul, that you can do it. Want to win the first position? Think of the sense of pride, and happiness, standing there, in front of the audience, holding a medal in your hand. This simple thing should motivate you enough to actually reach there.

2. Fake it 'til you make it:

Masking emotions isn't usually healthy.

But in some situations, it can help you.

For example, if you're in a situation where it isn't good to show fear, and you mask it with bravery and end up getting through the situation okay.

But when it comes to sadness or grief, usually concealing those leads to something like an emotional breakdown.

You have to have a balance and learn to handle your emotions healthily.

That being said, faking confidence can help you gain real confidence.

It takes twenty-one days to create a new habit.

When you do something a certain way for a while, your mind becomes accustomed to it.

Pretending to believe in yourself even when you don't can help your mind adjust to that mentality.

3. Leave your comfort zone

It's scary to leave your comfort zone; I know it is.

But taking risks and letting yourself try new things can boost your confidence.

By doing things out of the ordinary for you, you're telling yourself: Hey, I can do this scary thing, maybe, I can also do this.

You're opening yourself up to a world of possibilities and realizing just how capable you actually are.

4. Be patient with yourself

Society kind of sucks. It's hard to believe in yourself in a world full of reasons not to.

Give yourself grace. Don't be hard on yourself if you still have some insecurities.

Trust me, no one is one-hundred percent confident no matter how much they may seem so.
