I don't think it's worth being friends with these people anymore. If they were your true friends, they wouldn't be hurting you like that. If there's a specific one or two you're close with in the group, I'd try talking to them about it, making sure to communicate how you feel. Try not to get angry as sometimes that makes the issue worse, but express how and why it makes you feel the way it does. If you feel like you can't talk to them about it, then the friendship might not be worth it because you should be able to talk to your friends without fear and judgment of scrutiny.
