Lisa jolted awake.

"You're so jumpy Lisa what's up" Lilly asks Lisa suspiciously.

"The war. Everything is just getting to me. Everyone is dependent on Jake and I. I can see how y'all look at us. Like some heroes. We're just kids. It hasn't even been a year since. I found my mate. Now i have an entire race of supernaturals depending on me and Jake whether they know it or not. It's a bit too much. Now with Vanessa here and knowing that she could be here to poison all of us. Isn't make me feel secure at all." Lisa explains half of what is bothering her.

"Don't worry Lisa. We're all here to help and as for Vanessa. She wouldn't dare try anything" Lilly says trying to sound as positive as she could.

"What about you and Ben?" Lisa asks trying to shift the conversation away from her.

"What about us?" Lilly snaps.

"You'll have to talk to him eventually, he's you mate" Lisa says ignoring her sharp tone.

"I know I'm just not ready" Lilly says.

"That's bullshit and you know it, you're very miserable without that man. So get your head out of your butt and forgive him already." Lisa tells her.

Lilly says nothing knowing Lisa is right. She was just being dramatic. I blame the pregnancy she thought.

"Hey James" Lisa whispers walking into his room.

"What are you doing in here, it's not safe" James whisper yells at her.

"I know but this could wait. I had a dream. I think he's talking to me."

"Shhh, it's not safe to talk here. Meet me in the woods at sunrise" James whispers to her.

"I'll try. You know Damien is watching me like a hawk lately." Lisa whispers and opens the door leaving James's room.
