jaylee's pov

*in their new house*

ethan plays the record player.

ghost of you comes on.

ethan grabs her hand.

"what are you doing?" she questions

"dance with me."

"oh my god." jaylee laughs.

ethan twists her around and pulls her in with power and they stare at each other.

they're smiling.

jaylee - "you've always been a good slow dancer."

ethan laughs. "I never was until you and I started to date."

"did you take dance lessons for me?" jaylee teases.

"no! osman and froy helped me out a bit that's all."

jaylee laughs, looking up to him.

ethan extends his arm and and twists her out, then spins her back in.

she wasn't face to face with him. she's looking down.

he's on one knee.

jaylee's heart drops.

"marry me, jaylee."

she starts to cry.

"this feeling is something I never want to lose, and you're the only person who makes me feel it. I love you with everything I have."

jaylee nods her head. "yes."

ethan puts the ring on her finger.

he stands up and she hugs him so tightly.

ethan - "my heart is beating so fast."

jaylee - "I love you so much."

"I love you."

jaylee - "I thought getting married wasn't something you ever wanted to do. what happened to not liking to put a label on things."

"this is important to me. I just need you to be permanently in my life."

jaylee hugs him again.

froy - "who would have ever thought that ethan would be the first one to get engaged out of all of us."

ethan - "alright, simmer down."

froy shrugs. "i'm sorry, but I just can't believe it."
