the man said nothing, just staggered into the side of the kitchen table, hand stretching to where mark's brother joey sat, oxygen mask covering his nose and mouth.
"dad? did you hear me? i'm moving to korea,"
his dad shook his head angrily and slurred out, "no....y-you have to ...look after jo-joey,"
joey nodded, tears beginning to spill down his withered skin.
but mark couldn't stay.
"no dad. i'm leaving, joey's your problem now,"
and then he stormed out of the room, plane ticket scrunched into his palm.//
