Okay so I woke up this morning beside my girlfriend of 6 months. But something felt off about this morning. When she woke up she looked so nervous and what happened next shocked me. "(Y/N) would you marry me?" my eyes widened. I froze, we had only been together 6 months. "Um..Lapis." she sighed. "(Y/N) you don't have to say yes if your not ready." She says "I understand if you're not ready. I'm willing to wait for you." I was speechless. "Uh I think we should wait." I say nervously "I just don't think we're ready. We've only been together 6 months." she looked kinda sad. "T-that doesn't mean I don't want to marry you!" I say putting a hand on her shoulder. "I do want to marry you just not yet." Lapis sighs "I understand (Y/N)." she says laying down facing the ceiling. "Maybe sometime later." I say getting up from the bed and headed to the kitchen.
