"I have one more question. At the hospital, when Mason found me, why did he run away?" Jeanie asked. This time, both Greed and Ling were caught dumbfounded.

"What the hell was that about anyway?" Ling asked Greed. Greed cast his look away.

"If I stayed there to see her hug him, I wouldn't be able to control my anger." Greed said darkly. Ling felt a bead of sweat run down his forehead.

"Did he tell you?" Jeanie asked. Ling's eyes darted to Jeanie, "Sorry, I'm assuming the two of you can communicate."

"No no you're right. We can communicate. He wouldn't tell me," Ling said.

"That's okay," Jeanie said standing up, "Hopefully, my leg should be finished." Jeanie paused and turned around to look at Ling. "Would you like to come and meet my friends?" Jeanie said sincerely. Ling felt his eyes widened and his cheeks fill with blood. He's never seen Jeanie smile so genuinely before. Ling couldn't help but smile.

"Hey, what's happening here?" Greed said confusedly as he felt Ling get a small pit in his stomach.

"Sure, I'd love to go," Ling said as he began to follow Jeanie back to the automail shop.

"What the f***?!" Greed yelled.

"What's the matter now?" Ling asked annoyingly.

"What do you mean what's wrong? What's that feeling in your stomach?" Greed yelled knowing exactly what it is, "I'm not letting you have her!" Greed forcefully pushed himself back into control. He was still following Jeanie. "Hey," Greed said calmly as he grabbed Jeanie's hand. Jeanie recognized Greed's voice and froze. She turned her head to look at him, fighting the blush from overtaking her cheeks. Greed pulled Jeanie into his chest. Jeanie's hands landed on his chiseled torso. Her arms turned into noodles. She could feel each individual ab underneath his clothes pressing against her fingers.

"Oh, God..." Jeanie thought to herself as she tried to keep herself from drooling. Greed let out a sly chuckle.

"I'm assuming you like those," Greed said cheekily. Jeanie's face grew even redder and she withdrew her hands. Greed let out another chuckle and pulled her closer. He lowered his face down towards her and lifted her head gently. Her face was still red. She found it troubling to look him in the eyes. "I like that look on your face," Greed said smoothly making sure to smirk sexily. He could see Jeanie falling for it. She was becoming his. A small satisfaction filled his mind. No one could resist him.

"I-i gotta get going," Jeanie stuttered, "Mason is probably looking for me." Greed grip loosened and his smirk slowly vanished. Jeanie slowly pushed herself off of Greed getting one last feel of his body. Greed's hands fell off Jeanie's body. "I guess I'll see you around," Jeanie said as she grazed her hand against Greed's. Greed didn't let the opportunity slip past him. Greed quickly grabbed Jeanie's hand and kept her from running from him once again.

"H-hey, you wanna meet tonight?" Greed asked hastily as he slowly and unwillingly let go of Jeanie's hand. Jeanie froze and turned around. She had a dangerous smirk on her face.

"Sure, where can I find you?" Jeanie asked as the feeling of Greed's hand holding hers remained. Greed smirked his typical smile.

"You can track me. Come and find me for yourself. I promise I'll stay in town." Greed said before walking off. Jeanie waited until she was no longer able to see or sense Greed nearby before allowing a full-blown smile to appear on her face. It didn't disappear, even when she got back to the automail shop. She walked back in and saw Dominic holding her leg. Her smile was still the same.

"I don't even wanna know what you're smiling about," Dominic grumbled, "Come on, I'll help you reattach it." Jeanie smiled as she followed Dominic and Winry into the back room.

"What are you so happy about?" Winry asked not knowing the meaning of Jeanie's indestructible smile.

"It's probably best if you don't know," Dominic answered before Jeanie could even open her mouth. Winry looked to Jeanie who was nodding to confirm Dominic's disgruntled statement. Winry and Dominic reattached Jeanie's leg. It was a bitterly painful procedure that Dominic couldn't help but enjoy. Anytime Jeanie screamed in pain, Dominic would tell her, "Think of it as punishment for all the stupid things you've done and didn't tell me."

"You're just upset, 'cause you're gettin' old!" Jeanie barked. In turn, Dominic would attach her nerves without any sort of gentle touch causing Jeanie to scream. Once it was done, Mason entered and wiped the sweat off of Jeanie's forehead. "Geez, haven't you ever heard of gentle?!" Jeanie yelled before sighing to herself knowing that was just how Dominic was. "How much do I owe ya?" Jeanie asked as she rummaged through her bag. Dominic froze for a slight moment. He turned around and sat on the bed next to Jeanie. Gently, he placed his hand on her arm to stop her from pulling out any money.

"You don't owe me anything. I already know about your help with keeping this place going. I won't charge you. Thank you, Jeanine." Dominic said as he hugged Jeanie.

"Jeanine?" Mason whispered to Paninya.

"It's her real name. Jeanie is just a nickname." Paninya whispered back. Jeanie rarely got to see this side of Dominic. He only used her real name in times of either great anger or, exceedingly rare cases of, happiness. Jeanie hugged back, refusing to miss the moment.
