"Cygnus!" Cedric Diggory calls, fighting through the crowd on the platform. The Slytherin ignores him.
"Cygnus!" The boy repeats.
The girl casts her eyes to her feet, wincing as she realises that this confrontation is unavoidable.
His hand grabs a hold of her arm and he backpedals in front of her. "Hey."
He frowns when she doesn't look up. "Cygnus?"
"Leave her alone, Diggory." Draco says, stepping in between them.
"Little bird?" He asks softly, searching for her eyes.
"C'mon Cygnus." Draco says, and she follows, leaving a confused badger standing in the middle of the crowd.
