The Apartment

We went for a walk on the beach and Logan asked if I wanted to go visit Shay and Collette and the kids at their apartment. I said yes, and Logan drove us a little ways and stopped in front of some nice apartments. "Well this is it. Let me call Shay and tell him to let us park in the garage" he said. "You know, so we don't have to walk very far." "Okay, but I can walk if we have to you know" I said playfully.
Logan called shay and a few moments later the small gate lifted allowing us to enter the garage. He found a spot and parked. Then he kissed me again. Hard. We kissed for what felt like hours but it was only maybe a minute. We broke the kiss and walked to the elevators hand in hand. We met Shay at the elevator door. How did he get there so fast? We were only kissing for a minute.
"What took you lovebirds so long?!" He said. Of course he was vlogging. Normal people would probably mind but I didn't care. As long as I was with Logan it didn't matter what anyone else did.
"Hi Shay, nice to see you again" I said with a smile and reached out for a handshake, but he hugged me instead. "Okay then. Well he is an affectionate guy." I thought to myself.
"I figured we should hug since you are my future sister in law" he said
"What do you mean?" I said. Me and Logan just met, we hadn't talked about any of that yet.
"I can see it. Logan is in love with you. You're in love with him. It's written all over your faces. You have the love that's instant and forever. You guys are going to get married. And you can mark my words on that!" He said. And to be honest I agreed. I hadn't thought of it before but I feel like when he said that it shot me right in the heart. I teared up again. That's the sweetest thing I'd ever heard I think.
"Aw, why are you crying? Come here!" And Shay pulled me in for a big bear hug. "Hey let me comfort her she's my girlfr-" Logan stopped short, did he almost say girlfriend? Me and Shay froze and looks at him with wide eyes. He started to blush and stammer for a second and then Shay said "JUST ASK HER ALREADY" I giggled. Logan looked at me and asked "well, I know we just met and everything but I feel something I've never felt with you. I feel like what Shay said was true. I think we're soulmates. Will you be my girlfriend?" It was like he was stealing the thoughts I hadn't been brave enough to say to him a few moments ago. I nodded and gave him a hug and a kiss on the cheek. "Well now that that's over with, let's go up to the apartment!" Shay said. Logan walked with me and Shay lead the way. "Can I tell you something?" I asked him. "Anything" he told me. "You know this is crazy right? I mean we only just met like 2 ago, but I feel like I've known you my entire life." I confessed. "I know. I feel the exact same way! it's like fate that were both on vacation to California at the same time and meet within hours of being here, and have lived by each other for years and never met." He said.
"Well this is the place! Welcome to our home away from home Cassidy!"
"HEY IS THAT THE GIRL LOGAN WENT ON A DATE WITH?" I heard Avia yell from a bedroom. Her and Emmi came running to the living room where Collette, Shay, Logan and I were standing. "Logan, I like this girl. She's nice and pretty. You should marry her" Emmi said. All of us laughed and she smiled. "Will you play with us Cassidy?" The girls asked. "Sure! What do you want to play?" "Umm actually we were wondering if you would help us do our makeup since yours is so pretty?" I smiled. 2 things I have any talent in at all is doing my makeup moderately well, and doing my nails like a professional. Today I had matte red lips and gold shadow with cat eye style eyeliner. "Sure! I love doing makeup! Especially on gorgeous girls like you!" I said. They smiled at each other and ran into their room. "COME ON!" They yelled. "Is that okay Logan? I mean I know you brought me here to hang out but-" he cut me off. "I love it. You're so good with kids. It's adorable." I smiled at him and gave him a kiss on the cheek. Me and the girls went into the bedroom and did a light shimmery eyeshadow and pink lipstick on Emmi, and a bronze-ish brown shadow and red lips on Avia. They looked in the mirror and squealed. They ran to the door and walked out like models and I yelled to Shay to get the camera out cause he'd want to vlog this. I went back out to the living room and he started filming me "There's the makeup artist herself, and Logan's Girlfriend Cassidy!" I couldn't help but smile huge when I think about Logan and the crazy 48 hours this has been.
