Hi Lacy, let's begin!
▪ Lacy, how were you introduced to Wattpad and how has the journey been so far since January?
I found Wattpad several years ago, recommended to me by a friend who read fanfiction on the site. I joined eventually, and here I am. It hasn't been an entirely smooth journey, but I am very glad to be here and I can't wait for the times ahead. I've learned so much since January and I want to thank everyone who's helped me so far.
▪ What's your latest project?
My latest project... Apart from seeing how much chocolate I can eat in one go? XD
Probably 'Behind the Ivy Mask'. It's a story I began writing a while ago before I gave up. It was just too much for my poor head.
It doesn't really revolve much around feeling, I guess, so it's going to be a challenge. The characters are all quite expressionless and I'm still trying to work out how to make it work. It's going to take more effort than 'Bluebells and Hanging Ropes' (which has been a tough ride so far) but I hope it'll be worth it in the end :)
▪ If you were a vegetable, what would you be and why?
A vegetable? That's the best question I've ever been asked! I could live off vegetables... A potato, maybe? Or an aubergine? I only recently made the connection between aubergine and an eggplant, which is a bit weird, even if I'm not American. The word 'eggplant' does not sound like the word 'aubergine'! -Or is that just me?
▪ Who's your favorite writer of all time?
So I've been asked the best question... And now it's time for the hardest. I don't have a favorite author! How can I choose??? Oh, no... I'm going to have to go away and think.
