Being constantly hungry could be the sign of something being wrong with your diet, here's quite some tips to help with getting away from unpredictable hunger that stays for way too long:

Stop eating starchy carbs, the compounds are quickly digested but leave you wanting more. Foods such as pastries, crisps, cereal or toast can taste great and be cheap to get ahold of but is better to avoid altogether

You are thirsty. Your body gives the same signals for thirst as for hunger when you aren't noticing your dehydration. If you chug a pint of water when you're hungry you might see your apatite go back to normal💧

You can be sleep-deprived, it is common to feel a lot more hunger when your sleeping is either irregular, too little or in any way close to jetlag. Make sure to get the same amount of sleep every night and practice good sleep hygiene 💤

You eat too quickly. Some people may not even notice how quickly a bite turns into multiple servings which can cause your body to be unsure as to when you are supposed to eat. If you eat rather quick your body doesn't get enough time to make you feel full until it's way too late and you are left with a food baby. This can cause you to get used to eating even when you are full so eat slower.
