"Uh hey guys," you say from the wall you just climbed up. "Mind if I join you? It's a bit stuffy up here." You chuckle lightly and jump down.

"Who are you?" Stress asks warily. Cleo already has her sword out with a bored expression on her face and False has her hand on the hilt of the blade.

"My name's Reader," you explain (again). "Before you ask, someone pushed me into a portal and I ended up here."

Cleo rolls her eyes. "You're a hacker aren't you?" she asks in a monotone voice, as though this is all a normal tuesday. "You're story sounds too similar to Keralis'."

False draws her blade. "There's no way to get into Hermitcraft," she states, glaring down at you. "The only way would be through hacks."

"Girls calm down," Stress says, nudging them lightly. "I'm sure there's more to there story." She looks at you expectantly.

i just imagine that because all the hermits know each other really well, they're super awkward when meeting new people

also im now in love with BDubs and Keralis' dynamic; it's like Grumbo but somehow even more exaggerated
