'Girlllllll let me tell you something'

I was all giddy on the phone to Terry as I could still feel the butterflies that were still flying in my stomach from yesterday's rendezvous.

'How big was it?' Terry didn't fight back the question

'Words can't even describe.........' I licked my lips picturing the size of his length in my head

'I bet ya can't walk' Terry laughed

'And that's why I'm wearing flats because the heels would've broken both my ankles already' I giggled '..........gosh I've missed you' I breathed out

'Me too' she replied back

'So how has your- wait T whose in your house?' I started to hear shifting and shuffling in the background

'So-' she giggled 'you know how we went bowling weeks backs, and Carter's friend..........Ty-'

'WAIT YOU GOT HIM TO MOVE IN WITH YOU? IF'S ONLY BEEN-' I shouted due to shock

'NO KY!' She shut that down 'He wanted to come visit me and I let him' she explained

'So he came, on his free will to visit you instead of you coming to him?' I asked

'Yep' she responded, popping the P sharply

'That's a good man' I felt proud nodding my head

In comes in Carter as he walked in with a couple of files in his hands. His smile literally warmed my heart- how adorable is he!

'Who are you talking to Ky?' He asked walking over to the desk

'Catching up with Terry' I simple said, displaying a smile

'Oh is that Carter- tell him I said hi' Terry overheard my mini conversation Carter

'Terry said Hey' I took the phone away from the side of my face, facing Carter as he smiled

'What has she been up to?' He asked me

'T, Carter wanna know what you've been up' I spoke in the phone

'He should know- Ty would've told him' Terry said, making me turn my head to Carter, giving him a suspicious look

Carter never talks about his friends.......or maybe he does, just not around me. As I said before, I've never seen him go out- well I mean he's busy but he needs his boys.

'Carter did you know that Ty is with Terry?' I asked him

'Yeah, they've been dating-'

'No stupid!' I cut him off 'Like Ty is at T's house' I spoke in a duh tone

'Oh yeah, I know that' he simply shrugged his shoulders

Wait what........but I've never-

'Right we've got a court case to go to' Carter said as I nodded

'Oh alright.........' I spoke 'imma call you later Terry-'

'No don't- Imma be busy' she said

'Would you care to explain, what happened on the 23rd on January on the night you met my client Chloe?' Carter asked politely

Ohh don't he look fine!

My eyes couldn't keep straight- all eyes were on Carter's back. He was fully suited in a matching dark grey suit, but I was literally undressing him which was definitely inappropriate considering the building we were in.

'I was feeling a little bit down on that day, so I decided to go out the exchange nightclub' Cameron spoke

'With anyone of just yourself?' Carter asked

'Just myself........'

'Hmm....right- how did you meet Chloe in the club?' He asked

'I must've went to the bar section and ordered myself a shot or two. My eyes were just wandering about until they met Chloe's, I didn't know how to approach her......I could tell her friends were badgering her to come up to me-which she did which made my life a lot easier'

'So her friends forced her to approach a stranger!' Carmen- I believe her name was stood up with no permission

Oh sit down you Sofia Verga wanna be ass!

'MISS LOPEZ!' The judge shouted narrowing his eyes at her, causing her to sit down abruptly

Yeah.......sit down hoe!

'Did you buy her a drink?' He asked

'Yes, it was a cocktail and then we started doing shots afterwards' he rambled on further

'Did by any chance you drugged my client?' Carter started walking further

'No' Cameron spoke

I could here slight whisperings behind me, mostly Chloe's friends saying how he's lying and shit like that.

'How did my client chloe manage to get drunk and end up in your house?' He asked him further

'We took shots, only finding out she was a lightweight. I tried finding her friends but I couldn't find any of them and she wouldn't be stable to drive so I drove her to her place' he said

'So you're meaning to tell me none of her friends were around, but you saw them earlier' Carter tried to wrap his head around the situation as Cameron nodded 'How did Chloe manage to find herself unclothed, in your bed the next morning? You obviously had sex with her, without her consent.......'

'No- not really' Cameron tried to correct himself 'she lead me on into it-'

'Did you have sexual intercourse with my client?' Carter asked the question more sincerely cutting him off

'He's not supposed to cut him off!' Carmen sounded

'I wasn't finished explaining myself' Cameron stood up for himself

'I don't care- answer the question!' Carter gave no fucks

'ORDER IN THE COURT!' The judge sounded the wooden gavel

'Did you have sex with chloe?' Carter asked one more time

'Yes' he responded

'So you raped my client........'

'No I didn't'

'Cameron, you had sex with Chloe while she was unconscious. You didn't get her consent and even if she allowed you to whilst she wasn't in her right mind, you should've rejected her offer and let her rest instead'

I want to have faith in this book, I really want to, but I feel like I'm forcing people to read this or vote and comment.
